You will either love this guy or hate him, i can see right past his act and he totally messed up my sprinkler heads. Refused to replace them at first and accepted that it was his guys that did it. Just not looking forward to finding a new guy for this, im too busy working.

I spoke with him directly on the phone. He said he would come by within 2 days and never showed up or called. When we tried to reach out to him, he never answered the phone or returned our messages. Integrity is not a characteristic of this company.

I just moved to Tarpon Springs and was in need of a new lawn guy, I searched online and found JV, I called Joel and within 1/2 hour he was at my door. He made quick work with my overgrown lawn and it is now respectable.

Super stellar lawn care team! Every cut has been perfect and the team is mega friendly and have excellent communication!

Starting in June I was paying monthly for bi-weekly service, JV Magic Touch was inconsistent with when they would arrive causing me to have to reach out to see if they were coming. Then in September 2017 I paid my monthly fee, JV Magic Touch showed up once to my house (not bi-weekly like I was paying for) and have never been back. I do not recommend their services.

Joel came out the same day I called, took care of the work really quickly. Really happy with their service!

The service was excellent, not only did he do a great job on the lawn but he went out of his way to take the fence apart so he was able to get the mower in the back yard. Very helpful and personalized. The price was also great for the work done!

Called at 10am for a move out yard clean after a scheduled lawn company no called/ no showed and today was move out. Within 2 hours he was over, cleaned up, and bailed me out. Saved me from leaving an unruly yard for the next tenant. Thankful for the quick service.

Joel was a really nice guy and you can tell he loves what he does. I had a jungle growing in my backyard next to the lake with weeds that were out of control. He came in on time and like a tornado cleaned up the place in about 3 good hours. Did not stop even working through a lightning storm. I highly recommend!!
