Excellent service from beginning to the end. They are fast, professional and the workers really enjoyed removing this huge tree that 2 other companies said couldn't remove it bc its location..the price was great with options to finance. Which i didnt need but available They're insured too...ive had so much stress over this tree falling on my house or my neighbors house or fence...thank you Morris tree services.
I have left a BBB review and would not only hire them again but will refer them. Thanks again

This is less than a month later. I’m not happy with the guys they sent out. When I told them to take as much as they wanted off the palms they said oh no you didn’t pay extra for the hurricane cut. But when I spoke to the people in the office quoting me they never asked me whether I wanted a regular cut or hurricane cut. Also I asked about a smaller plan when they were here and they quoted me double of everywhere else. I did have a few extra plans that were on the ground and while they didn’t owe me to lift a finger to do anything they weren’t getting paid for, still a family business that acts like they go above and beyond was not my experience. The reason I did give 3 stars is because the woman I talked to in the office was really nice

They were easy to get a hold of. Came out and gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment that worked for me. When they came to cut the tree down, they had all equipment needed including clean up stuff. They were done in less than 30 mins it felt, blew all the debris off. They are great to work with and this is my second time utilizing them. Would use them again in the future! Highly recommend.

Roberto was hired to install a closet system purchased at home depot. The closet system doesn't work the clothes do not fit he did not test it prior to leaving. When it was brought to his attention he said he would fix it but has yet to do so and it has been over a month. He was also asked to help with a door rehang he determined it needed a new door and has yet to install. He sends text messages after 9pm the day before or almost midnight last night. We have a closet that doesn't work and a door not on the frame. Definitely not recommended.
Love the reply 3mths later. It wasn't about cost it was about the quality of work. If you do the job correctly then the cost doesn't matter. The point is to do it right the first time so you don't have to keep coming back. That did not happen and THAT is why the review. Period.

Paula was great until she flaked out on me, stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to call her from work to get her to answer me. Then she promised to return my house keys and never did.
