The company was recommended to me to assist with the Control 4 system. I called twice, all my information was taking but never received a call from a service manager. When i asked why th service manager is not returning my call front the office's receeptionist she told me that he is very busy. If business doesn't return a castomer's call in a week then I don't recommend it.

I’ve worked with this company multiple times in my home. While they do complete the work, and its very high quality, the long-term reliability of what they install is deeply concerning. Nearly everything they’ve worked on eventually breaks — and the cost to repair is exorbitant. To make matters worse, their systems seem proprietary or overly complex, meaning no one else can service them. You’re left with no choice but to go back to them and pay a small fortune. A recent example: a shade in my child’s room — which they installed — stopped working. The total cost just to fix it? $1,743.96. For a single shade. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly advise others to consider the long-term implications before hiring them.
