New Living Construction remodeled the interior of my home almost five years ago, and since then I have continuously recommended Dmitriy Dain and his crew on social media sites and to everyone I know. Honestly, it is so rare to find a company that is this reliable, professional, and easy to work with. Dmitriy was always available to answer any question, at any time. I really appreciate that after working with companies that did not return calls, texts, and emails. Even now, years later, I know that I can
call Dmitriy with any issue and he will respond promptly. He is a perfectionist who backs up his work, and values his reputation and relationship with his clients. I can truly say that it was a pleasure working with a company that could be counted on to be responsive, on time, reliable, professional, trustworthy, and hassle-free. New Living Construction is just a damn good company, and that is hard to find anymore.

We put him in charge of our full home renovation, and we felt as though we were in safe hands during the entire process. Dmitriy is an honest, hard-working perfectionist, and his prices are reasonable by South Florida standards. In addition to this, he's very accessible by phone, text, email. I've heard horror stories about other contractors in South Florida walking off of jobs and disappearing. Not Dmitriy. He will see the project through, because he takes pride in his work, and he's very well-connected in the world of high-end materials such as quartz/stone/marble and wood. Dmitriy has made very good recommendations, and he's not afraid to tell you if he thinks you're making poor choices. This is exactly what you want. Professionalism and trust.

High quality company. They provided excellent design guidance for the projects they completed for me. The jobs were done in a timely manner by courteous, talented craftsmen. For the past 9 years, New Living Construction has been my first choice for condo renovations.

We used New Living to do a complete Kitchen renovation in 2016. Dmitriy and his team did an amazing job. Dmitriy has great attention to detail, uses top quality materials and laborers, including top plumbers, electricians, tilers, and others. New Living did custom cabinets for us as well, which were better quality for the money than other mass produced cabinets available in the market. The work was completed on time and within budget. We were so happy with the results that we used New Living for all other projects left in the house, including a closet build-out and two complete renovations of our master and guest bathrooms. New Living is not the cheapest option, but the cost is reasonable because you are paying for quality work and the peace of mind that goes with it! Highly recommend!

New Living Construction literally bailed us out when our home flooded last April. The entire team was knowledgeable, efficient and well prepared to do the work we contracted for.

Their pricing was fair and flexible for items we added or deleted from our contract. I have already highly recommended them and I will do so in the future.

I recently purchased a property that had previous renovations without permiting. The city required permitting after the fact. New Living Construction helped me obtain permits after the fact which was tedious and required alot of due dilgence. Demitry was professional and always communi ated with me during entire process whether thru email, text or phone. I would use him again.

Living in an area of the country where there is a lot of poor quality services and contractors, it is a true pleasure to have found New Living Construction for our home improvements. Dimitry and his crew did an incredible job remodeling our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We referred New Living to neighbors and friends who also loved their work. All of us were updated on scheduling and material orders.
We received arrival time confirmation the day before work was scheduled. The crew prepped and protected areas around the work site to minimize dirt and thoroughly cleaned the work space when the job was completed. The finished jobs were beautiful and the owner of New Living, Dimitry, personally inspected every aspect of the project before sending out a final bill. New Living is definately your go to contractor for work in south Florida.

Dmitriy and team remodeled our master bathroom, as well as a larger project converting our garage into a laundry room & another bedroom. I was very happy with the process and results. Dmitriy always communicated well as to what the plan was and where things stood, and he always answered his phone when I called with a question. I also thought Dmitriy's team and subs that he works with were all great, which is sometimes the issue when you hire a GC as the subs they higher might not be the best. I also appreciated how Dmitriy didn't just do the work I wanted to do, he would give me suggestions on ways to make things better even if it meant more work for him or less cost for me. (he would even tell me if a crazy ambitious idea I had was dumb and I liked his honesty.) I would highly recommend Dmitriy and New Living Construction for any home remodel projects, and will be using them again whenever I need.

Dmitry and the team at New Living Construction are the best in South Florida. I have had them complete 3 major construction projects for me since 2017. They are easy to work with and complete the projects on time and on budget. The jobsite is always maintained and kept clean. Dmitry has amazing attention to detail and never cuts corners. These are the guys to talk to in South Florida.

A most competent team of skilled construction workers. While we were away visiting family, a pipe in our bathroom burst causing a major flood in our house. This was just after completion of many needed improvements in our retirement home. The contractors of New Living Construction kept in touch daily. They are a very competent & conscientious team. We came home to very professional renovation, including walls and baseboards. Everything was perfect. They cleaned up beautifully.

Dmitriy and his crew were excellent from start to finish. We had them renovate our interior and they had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Dmitriy works on time and takes pride in his work. Our project was rarely delayed and he had a project timeline that he shared with us which was great. I would recommend him for any interior renovations especially kitchens and bathrooms.
