After going through a major flood event my house and everything in it was a nightmare. New Living came in and gave my house and my family a New Life. Dmitry and his crew are all professionals. They arrive on time, work clean and everything is done plumb and according to code. Thank you Dmitry and crew!

Im so grateful for Dmitry for taking over our project where we were having some issues with our previous contractor. Dmitry immediately knew how to handle our project and all the permitting. He took the time to do the job right and payed attention to details. He is an expert in what he does and has a great team. I’m so satisfied with how our project turned out. We closed off our den to make it a home office and added some doors. It looks great!

Dmitriy Dain and each of his employees were very professional and took much pride in their work when remodeling the kitchen and main areas of our house. New Living Construction completed a full remodel of my home, which included installing an entirely new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, walls, lighting, air conditioning system, custom closets, you name it. I worked directly with Dimitryi for the entire project. He is an absolute perfectionist, which I very much appreciated. He finished the project on budget and within the timeframe we anticipated. Even things that can be a challenge with construction projects, like complex permitting, he handled with ease. I am very happy with the work he did for us and would use New Living Construction again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have been in this house over 25 years now. Every hurricane season it was the same headache, pulling out those shutters, bolting everything up, crossing our fingers. Last year we finally said enough. We got our old impact windows and doors replaced and the improvement hit us right away. Like immediately. No more messing around with hurricane shutters before every storm. Should have done it a long time ago honestly.

We met with Joshua to talk about our roof replacement. The thing was over 20 years old, and we'd been noticing leaks popping up, first in one spot then another. We knew it was only going to get worse, so we called them in. They did an amazing job replacing our shingle roof. highly recommended.

Jordan oversaw the installation of our new impact doors and windows. Everything was installed carefully, and we noticed the quality of their materials right away. Really solid stuff. couldn't be happier with how it all came out.

Getting the attic insulation upgraded, that was one of the smartest moves we made for this house. You can feel how much cooler it stays now. The guys who did the installation were fast, and they cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated.

Our impact windows installation was seamless from start to finish! They really did a great job with it!
