Matt and Simon from Polar Bear are great to work with, they have done multiple jobs for me over the past two years. On this particular occasion I had a very tight deadline to get this done and they delivered! We had the AC installed in no time and it is working wonderful. I must add that besides the tight deadline I had a very specific look that I wanted since I was going for the "industrial chic" design aesthetic, however, I didn't exactly know how this would look or how to explain it. Matt worked with me and was very patient and professional. Everyone comments on how amazing the exposed "industrial" AC ducts look and I could not agree more. Excellent work!

Highly recommend working with Polar Bear Air Conditioning. The AC stopped working Friday late afternoon. Saturday morning they were there to diagnose the problem. New unit had to be installed. Very reasonably priced. Attention to detail, courteous technicians, and overall easy to work with. Very professional and friendly!

They are prompt and on time. Their service tech was on point and straight forward. And matt the guy worked with over the phone at their office worked with me and gave me a fair price. I would advise them to anyone who wants the work done quickly and efficiently.

Simon and his team are amazing. They literally took out and old unit and got me a more efficient and higher quality unit. On top of that, the whole team arrived right on time and completed the entire job in under 3 hours. I appreciate the family-like transparent communication and integrity I have enjoyed in determining appropriate service for a working but improperly maintained 17 year old Rheem unit in a recently purchased condo. Javier, a technician, was early for our 9am appointment and took that time to survey the property to the job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked questions and he had the heart of a teacher to explain how the system works, how they clean it and also the risks of cleaning the older unit. With the new information, I made the decision to hold off cleaning the coils and will simply start saving for a new unit to be installed as needed or after planned renovation. Had a great experience with PolarBear. They were very professional & made sure I was taken care by providing any information I needed. Also, there technician named Javier was amazing. Basically installed an entire AC unit by himself without complaining doing an excellent job in a timely manner. Very impressed & highly recommend their service!!!

OMG!! Will never ever use another AC company. Had three different companies come out to check and give estimates, just doing my due diligence. Al the technician they sent, was so above and beyond in explaining and diagnosing my problem, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Would recommend above and beyond!!!!

Polar Bear Air installed my AC unit in 2019 and did a great job. Today I had another really positive experience so I had to write this review because it is long overdue. Everyone I have dealt with there is very professional. The ladies who work at the office were also very efficient and seem to actually care about customers. Today Simon came out to look into some issues with the outside unit not working after several power outages and surges this week. He was here on time and got right to work. It did not take him long to identify it was just an issue with the breaker. He could have easily convinced me it was the condenser because legit I had an extra one because my previous unit went through 3. I am a single mom of a 5 year old dealing with disabilities. I know time are tough for everyone especially small businesses. I appreciate the fact Simon acted with integrity and also was patient with me when I was running late and dealing with a crabby toddler. Stay safe and stay blessed you all!

I called Polar Bear last week when my tenant called me, upset that the A/C was blowing hot air. I'm so glad I did! They showed up in less than 2 hours and got it fixed right away.

The last time I had an A/C issue, I used another company and was totally frustrated by the end of the whole ordeal. I recently picked up a Polar Bear biz card from somewhere, so decided to give them a try this time. Not only was the experience painless, it was a pleasure. Simon is a total pro and clearly knows his stuff, which was such a relief. I actually enjoyed talking with him. It's not always easy to find really good, honest contractors in South Florida. I've dealt with plenty who've given me the run around in some way, don't show up when they say, don't show up at all and so on. Polar Bear exceeded my expectations and I think they're reasonably priced too, so I'm more than happy to recommend them.

I hope I won't be needing any more A/C repairs too soon, but the next time I do need someone, I'll definitely call Polar Bear again. They've earned themselves a new, satisfied customer.

I live in a condo unit and wanted to have my a/c tuned up for the upcoming summer. I called Polar Bear A/C to see how that experience would turn out. I was tired of being taken advantage of by big name A/c companies and their technicians that are on commission w/company quotas.
The Polar Bear process started w/seamless scheduling. It was very accommodating to my availability. I received a written stmt of all services to be rendered w/the cost sent to me prior to appt. The Polar Bear technician completed ALL included services, was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything nor things I didn’t need. The technician was honest and professional.
I am overall pleased with the service!!! My experience with hiring Polar Bear was top notch.
I will continue to use Polar Bear for my A/c needs.

Polar Bear AC was recommended to me and they are top notch. Veronica in customer service was great, easy to reach, very informative and funny! I got to talk to the tech himself instead of being thrown around from sales person to sale person. I was having a hard time finding an a/c company that was affordable and responsive but they came in got the job done and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!
