I couldn't be more impressed with the service from Stay Cool. My a/c went out late in the afternoon, and I was worried I'd have to suffer through a night of unbearable heat. Thankfully, they came over after-hours, and truly saved the day.
Their customer service was prompt, professional, and understanding of the urgency of my situation. Their rates were reasonable and the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable, they had my a/c up and running in no time.

Stay Cool Home Services was fantastic! They responded quickly when my HVAC heating system wouldn’t turn on and had it fixed in less than 24 hours! The owner was professional, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently. Great service, fair pricing, and my HVAC works perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Sebastian took the time to really help us figure out if we needed to repair or replace. Ultimately, with zero pressure from Sebastian, we decided replacement was in order (after two years of constantly repairing an old unit not with Sebastian). He worked quickly in this hundred degree heat to fit us in. Our new A/C is working so well and is quiet and wonderful. He is our A/c guy moving forward. Honest, punctual, competent, hardworking. His team seemed great as well. Respectful and focused. Always such a relief to find good people to do work well for a fair price. Cant wait to share his name with others.

Awful company. They told me their truck broke down last Friday but then this Friday they told me that their truck was in an accident... What a joke. They wouldn't even send another repairman. I took off from work just to wait for them. Thanks a lot! (NOT)

Although was later in the day than told, the technician was professional, efficient, and over all a nice person. He pinpointed the issue quickly and fixed everything.

Horrible service...Don't waste your money! I had them come out twice, once for my A/C and once for a plumbing issue. I both cases they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Don't get fooled by this smoke and mirrors company! All premium and no service!!!

Called the company for A/C service, they came when they said they would, serviced my unit for a very reasonable price. The technician was very nice and answered my questions. Will use them again. Thank you to Michelle at their office

They forget to show up. I’ve had 3 different technicians within 5-6 visits diagnose an appliance issue and since 8 weeks no resolve. Constant pain in the A** to have to deal with them.
