Today, I received the most amazing AC duct cleaning service EVER!! Roberto was very thorough in all the steps, nothing was rushed. Which goes on to show how much pride he has in his work. He took the time to answer my questions and explained things to me. I will make sure he is the only one to clean my ducts and any other services he offers from here on out. Truly amazing person and company!

I recently researched several HVAC duct and vent cleaning companies and chose Master Cleaning of Broward. I knew it was the right choice after contracting them to clean the ducts at my parents' home. Roberto arrived on time and was very thorough in all the work he did. He answered any questions we had with professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable.

I then contracted Master Cleaning to do my home as well and was pleasantly greeted by Roberto, which I was thrilled because I was really happy with the work he did at my parents' home. And yes, we are now 2 for 2! He takes his profession very seriously and takes extreme care of the work he does. I highly recommend Master Cleaning of Broward and will definitely use them again.

Roberto was punctual, professional, & very knowledgeable. Before he began working he did a quick inspection of my AC duct & Vents. He then educated me on the different types of cleaning services, sanitation, & UV lighting that I needed since he found fungus in my AC Duct. Roberto & his partner Robert were through, quick & efficient with getting the job done. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommended their service & will definitely use them again for maintenance of my AC & for other services they offer. The price was also reasonable! Glad I chose to go with this company. Roberto and Robert did an excellent job with our house today. We got top and bottom AC blowers cleaned, deep clean from all ducts, micro sanitizer for each duct, install double UV light, bathroom exhausts, and then also cleaned out the laundry dryer and pipe. Very satisfied, great pricing that was better than Sears, and very punctual and communicative.

The worst! My A/C has been out for almost a month and without throughly checking the whole A/C unit the technician has been here 3x (roughly once a week) and I was charged $400 for Freon only for my A/C to still be out of commission! I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and lackadaisical! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I would NEVER encourage anyone to work with them or acquire any products with them. Unacceptable!

The young lady who came out was very nice and was readily available any time we had questions, she also followed up with us after the work was completed! I got the air conditioner changed out along with the duct replacement with the impression of my light bulb being lower. Since the work had been down my light bill went down $50 in the summer and of course in winter it's a lot better as well. My house is set 78 Temperature and it feels perfect not to cold not to hot. I just recently got my service done and I'm very pleased with everything at this time.

I just recently had AC service and I’ve had this unit since 2021 and so far so good. When I first got the unit my light bill went down and my house is always cold at 79 high is really good. I have no complaints they live up to the 15 year warranty and so glad because I have peace of mind if something happens to it.
