The technician that was sent (Justin) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was so respectful, he used shoe covers in my apartment without me even having to ask. Very friendly service! I would definitely recommend this company.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I would recommend Weathershield AC 100000x over. Earlier this year they came to our condo to replace all of our shut off valves, install new toilets, all new plumbing fixtures, and a brand new AC unit. Christina in the office is so responsive and kind, and if you live in Miami you know that is not often the case. The team of plumbers and AC technicians led by John and Justin were timely, professional, and the quality of work they did was above and beyond. This company truly goes above and beyond for their clients. Just last night I had an issue with my master shower, I called their after hours line and was once again connected with Christina at 9pm! She was able to send John out first thing in the morning and he fixed our problem within 30 minutes. Aside from their 10 star service, their prices cannot be beat. Weathershield is the only AC company I trust and will continuously hire them for all of our plumbing needs. I wish they did more than just plumbing because I would hire them for every type of job. I wish there were more companies in south Florida like them.

Very knowledgeable and proficient. They made the process of replacing a part easy for me since they did all the leg work for the warranty i have. Scheduling was quick, they came out fast and early, and the payment options are endless for any customers needs.

They charge a fee just to come out even if you want to do the work. Even if my property is next to theirs. They pretend they’re lawyers or doctors. And Christina who answers phones wasn’t nice

Very impressed with the level of professionalism from this company. I had an ancient AC unit break and replacement parts were impossible to find. They gave me a reasonable quote for a brand new top-of-the-line unit and within a few days had it installed. The team that came out was superb. Quick install and they left their workspace immaculately clean after. They left it looking 1000 times better than it did before.

We have been using their services since 2010 and have not deviated. Trustworthy and always on time. Justin, Joseph and Austin are very professional skilled at what they do. They come right out for emergency situations without hesitation.

Great customer service. Any time I have an AC emergency, they get a technician out within 24 hours. They will make-good on any service repair that has an issue after initial project. Technician came out twice to fix a ventilation problem originally worked on, free of charge. Highly recommend!

Weathershield came out same day I called when my AC wasn't blowing cold air. Justin was very thorough, checking everything. I appreciate Elizabeth from office communicated & updated about times, very efficient and able to schedule my repair next day. The technicians, John and Adrian, even came early. They were friendly and willing to show me the what and how.
