I have a rental property and the AC stopped working. I called a few companies and decided to go with Air 95. They were prompt and the tec took his time explaining the issues and gave us a few options.
By the end of the day the unit was up and running. They even handle the management company and permits.

All I have to say, I had a very good experience with this company starting from their customer service them showing up on time giving me the right estimate and doing the right job and I appreciate people like this. They did an amazing job and I recommend them big time .

Wow! Not only did the company owner come out on a Sunday afternoon (arriving timely after my call), but he had my AC tuned up and running in less than hour. He was thorough, explaining each detail as he went through the unit, answered all my questions and left all very clean and running well. The price for a weekend repair was extremely fair and I will definitely use Air 95 AC again for any repairs AND purchase of a new unit when needed. Thank you. Air 95 AC!!!

I am leaving this post to share my experience with this company. They came out to my condominium and quoted me for a new unit install, warranty for service for one year, and parts for ten years. The first day installation went well. Over the next few days large amounts of condensation filled my walls with water. The owner came back and forth approximately five times before he sent a new team of people to stop the water from saturating my walls. Meanwhile, I could not continue my renovations or repairs. To date six months later their is still condensation on the air vents keeping the walls damp and the air flow in the house is not good. The front of the house is cold and the back of the house is hot and the owner will not answer my calls and he will not respond to my texts. Very unprofessional and will not recommend to no one.

Great customer service and fast response. I did business with another company that doesn't know about customer service and the value of your money. Air 95 AC is my new go to for all my AC needs. Reliable and honest company. Our AC was fix the same day. Explained to my husband what went wrong and suggestions of what not do and what to do. I am glad so glad we found them. Thank you for being such a transparent and professional company.

Avoid this company like a plague. They will quote you wrong information just to make quick money. Many neighbors have bad experiences as well. They will send someone to look as if they are performing a service. They will undo your electrical wiring just so they can up charge you extra. Report them to BBB. Check the review on BBB.

Polar Bear has been doing my residential and commercial air conditioning work for years. They have integrity, and great prices. I trust them to keep me cool in this brutal South Florida heat!

The fan of the external unit went bad. They wanted to replace the whole air conditioning units. Both. Their estimate around $4500. Called another guys. $200 the fan plus labor. Don't trust this people. They want to ripped you off.

Xavier knew right away what was wrong with my air conditioner. He told me the price of the part and labor up front. Honestly it was much less then I expected. there was no surprises or hidden add ones. I strongly recommend " POLAR BEAR" to all my friends and family
