I just called these people. The lady who answered was super rude and obnoxious. I was asking about their $69 fee which she said does not apply to service charges. She then, finally said it is an emergency fee after I asked that question seversl times. She next told me that tomorrow would be a non applied $49 fee. She was so unbearably rude that i had to just hang up after telling her that she is so rude. I cannot rate the service because i didn't get that far. Usually family members who don't care speak like that to customers, but family or hired help, they need to fire her "A"
