I appreciate the family-like transparent communication and integrity I have enjoyed in determining appropriate service for a working but improperly maintained 17 year old Rheem unit in a recently purchased condo. Javier, a technician, was early for our 9am appointment and took that time to survey the property to the job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. With the new information, I made the decision to hold off cleaning the coils and will simply start saving for a new unit to be installed as needed or after planned renovation. Polar Bear Air installed my AC unit in 2019 and did a great job. Today I had another really positive experience so I had to write this review because it is long overdue. Everyone I have dealt with there is very professional. The ladies who work at the office were also very efficient and seem to actually care about customers. Today Simon came out to look into some issues with the outside unit not working after several power outages and surges this week. He was here on time and got right to work. It did not take him long to identify it was just an issue with the breaker. He could have easily convinced me it was the condenser because legit I had an extra one because my previous unit went through 3. I am a single mom of a 5 year old dealing with disabilities. I know time are tough for everyone especially small businesses. I appreciate the fact Simon acted with integrity and also was patient with me when I was running late and dealing with a crabby toddler. Stay safe and stay blessed you all!

I called Polar Bear last week when my tenant called me, upset that the A/C was blowing hot air. I'm so glad I did! They showed up in less than 2 hours and got it fixed right away.

The last time I had an A/C issue, I used another company and was totally frustrated by the end of the whole ordeal. I recently picked up a Polar Bear biz card from somewhere, so decided to give them a try this time. Not only was the experience painless, it was a pleasure. Simon is a total pro and clearly knows his stuff, which was such a relief. I actually enjoyed talking with him. It's not always easy to find really good, honest contractors in South Florida. I've dealt with plenty who've given me the run around in some way, don't show up when they say, don't show up at all and so on. Polar Bear exceeded my expectations and I think they're reasonably priced too, so I'm more than happy to recommend them.

I hope I won't be needing any more A/C repairs too soon, but the next time I do need someone, I'll definitely call Polar Bear again. They've earned themselves a new, satisfied customer.

I live in a condo unit and wanted to have my a/c tuned up for the upcoming summer. I called Polar Bear A/C to see how that experience would turn out. I was tired of being taken advantage of by big name A/c companies and their technicians that are on commission w/company quotas.
The Polar Bear process started w/seamless scheduling. It was very accommodating to my availability. I received a written stmt of all services to be rendered w/the cost sent to me prior to appt. The Polar Bear technician completed ALL included services, was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me anything nor things I didn’t need. The technician was honest and professional.
I am overall pleased with the service!!! My experience with hiring Polar Bear was top notch.

Polar Bear AC was recommended to me and they are top notch. Veronica in customer service was great, easy to reach, very informative and funny! I got to talk to the tech himself instead of being thrown around from sales person to sale person. I was having a hard time finding an a/c company that was affordable and responsive but they came in got the job done and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!

Recently when my A/C just suddenly stopped working I decided to give Polar Bear Air Conditioning a call based on all the good reviews I had read. It was mid-day on a Thursday when I spoke with the call representative Veronica who was most pleasant and eager to assist me. To my amazement she had a technician at my home within the hour. The technician Al was quick to diagnose the problem which was a defective evaporator blower motor. Luckily for me Al had a used electronic module for that motor on his truck that he installed just to keep it going until he could return with a new part. He remarked "I hate to see anyone without air". On Friday Veronica called with an estimated and scheduled the service for Monday morning. Promptly on Monday Al arrived and had the new blower motor installed in no time and that new motor runs so much more quieter now.

Our house has been a furnace in the summers ever since we bought it in 2017. It was time for a new AC. I couldn't have picked a better company to buy it from. Matt and Javier are 5* people. Javier who installed the unit is a perfectionist. He made sure everything worked as it should and made it look real nice too. He didn't rest till everything was perfect. Matt provided us with great customer service. A genuinely nice man that made buying a new unit a very smooth experience. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

He almost caused an accident!! Today, Tuesday, April 16th, around 1 pm, your driver who was driving this vehicle was driving like a maniac. He swerved and braked suddenly, almost causing an accident with me and two cars behind me. This kind of behavior should be sanctioned by your company since he's doing it with your vehicle's name. This is unacceptable, and they think they can put other people at risk without considering the consequences. I will be sending the video evidence to your email."
