These guys really saved my bacon. The AC broke at my vacation rental property with guests on their way for a week's stay. I called and they had a tech out there, same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it repaired before my guests arrived. I'll definitely be using them again if I ever run into AC problems.

They were so professional and with a great costumer service. My AC stopped working last Sunday and I decided to call them and it was the right thing to do. Once again, I had excellent service at a reasonable price with Polar Bear Air. On this occasion, Javier installed a Google Nest thermostat with a hard wire. Javier did a wonderful job retrofitting the hard wire into a building constructed in the 1970s. Anyone wanting a Google Nest who is living in a 1970s high rise needs to call Polar Bear Air.

I can’t thank Polar Bear Air enough. Yesterday, I walked into my house to find the AC not working. Having a 15 month old at home, I was concerned how long it would take to get this fixed and how will we all sleep, especially our baby. Well... Matt, Simon and co made those concerns look foolish. Within 20 minutes of placing my call (where I was told they are busy), Simon was at my door. Less than 24 hours later, my AC is working beautifully! Simon was beyond honest with me and even showed me how I have 10 days left on warranty! Can’t thank them enough. I know who I will be referring my friends to when in need!

I have to say, I NEVER write reviews. But I just had to because of the office manager Veronica Calderon!! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have anymore worries or concerns after I was done speaking with her and she made sure of it. I look forward to coming back to her should I need anymore assistance!

I just had 2 incidents with my A/C in this crazy hot weather and Polar Bear was right there to save the day. Technician Alex was very friendly, professional and most important, took care of the problem. I recommend their service.

Matt and his techs at Polar Bear are responsive, take the necessary steps to diagnose a problem even if it is intermittent and find solutions with my a/c units. They also work well with tenants. Matt and Simon from Polar Bear are great to work with, they have done multiple jobs for me over the past two years. On this particular occasion I had a very tight deadline to get this done and they delivered! We had the AC installed in no time and it is working wonderful. I must add that besides the tight deadline I had a very specific look that I wanted since I was going for the "industrial chic" design aesthetic, however, I didn't exactly know how this would look or how to explain it. Matt worked with me and was very patient and professional. Everyone comments on how amazing the exposed "industrial" AC ducts look and I could not agree more. Excellent work!

Highly recommend working with Polar Bear Air Conditioning. The AC stopped working Friday late afternoon. Saturday morning they were there to diagnose the problem. New unit had to be installed. Very reasonably priced. Attention to detail, courteous technicians, and overall easy to work with. Very professional and friendly!
