Shlomo responded immediately after my call and from call to completing the repair took less than two hours. He was professional and educated me on the unit as he made the repairs. Found an issue the last service company didn’t and also took care of that. My condo was cooling immediately and had cooled two degrees before I got back inside from paying him. Very happy with the work and the whole process. Will definitely call again.

10 years Hollywood resident & after years of using of the larger commercial based HVAC comapnies we found Shlomo and couldn't be more satisfied. After I didn't renew my service contract with another company that has billboards and commercials, what are the odds my HVAC wasn't working all of a sudden after my final tune-up? I have never bothered to write a Google review until now. That’s just how professionally Polar Air handled my repair. My air conditioner stopped working and a large, well-advertised company sent someone to service it. After flipping a switch on and off for five minutes, he said I needed a new $7,000 unit, when mine is only five years old. A friend gave me Shlomo’s number at Polar Air. He arrived on time and fixed it for $300 in 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Polar Air enough. I am tempted to write his number on all the air closets in my building! Call Shomo if you want to stay cool this Summer.

I can't recommend Polar Air enough! When my parents' AC stopped working, a bunch of companies told them they needed to replace the whole unit — which would’ve cost thousands. My neighbor recommended Polar Air, and their tech came out, took a good look, and figured out the real problem. He fixed it without needing to replace the unit, and ended up saving my parents a ton of money.

What really stands out is how available and responsive they was. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was there — super professional, friendly, and honest. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares and isn’t just trying to upsell you.

If you need someone you can trust for AC repairs, Polar Air is the way to go. Seriously awesome service!

Great service! My mother and I really needed the cleaning and the cleaners were polite, fast, timely and professional. The negative pressure machine they brought in plus the anti-mildew/mold coating they applied to my air handler really makes quality of living better. Now a future repeat customer! This is the very best service ever. They were very clean and mindful of our time and home. We stumbled upon this company while doing some research on A/C and duct cleaning services, and guys, let me tell you, Minet and Ben went above and beyond expectations! They thoroughly inspected and cleaned every single duct, wore shoe protection to not get the floors dirty, and vacuumed the whole house before they left. They also took care of the coils and a small A/C unit we have in one of our rooms. 100% recommend, they’re very professional, showed up on time, and no hidden fees either!! Amazing job!

My Wife and I recently closed on our first home and found Happy Ducts HVAC Solutions while searching on the internet. They showed up right on time, greeted us and explained their process before getting to work. They really put alot of time and passion into their work. They cleaned all the supply and return grilles, scrubbing out every last bit of dust and grime built up over the years. The duct system was also vacuumed and agitated using compressed air which is very gentle on the flexible ducts to avoid damaging, then applied an anti-mold spray as well. I would strongly recommend Happy Ducts HVAC to anyone needing your central air ducts cleaned. Having clean ducts really makes a difference and is the best thing you can do keep a healthy indoor environment.
