I had these guys come over today. They are friendly, professional, and dedicated to their work. They don't try to upsell you, or do a mediocre job duo to them giving you a full price up front. I saw them work non stop for 3 hours. They cleaned everything, including the floors where dust had fallen. And since they had a promotion, they did the dryer duct as well. This was a worthy expense.

If I could give this fabulous company 10 stars I would. The guys arrived earlier than expected and were extremely friendly, informative and professional. They cleaned the ducts, washed the grates, sprayed the inside of the ducts and cleaned the area around the ducts. I thought I needed to paint my ceiling around a few of the ducts, but they cleaned it and said it was only dust. If you need your ducts cleaned call Happy Ducts HVAC Solutions. I love this company so much! The team arrived early (a rare experience in South Florida) and got right to work. My old house is a huge job with 12 separate vents coming from two units. They were thorough, efficient and receptive to all my questions. The pricing is upfront and fair and there were no “surprises”. When they finished they cleaned up thoroughly! I hired this company to clean my AC ducts, including the coil and blower, due to a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the vents and AC closet. I was assured that this service would eliminate the smell.

Two technicians worked for about 2.5 hours, and I was charged $612.56. However, the odor remained after they finished, even though they claimed everything was clean. I am asthmatic, so this was especially concerning.

After several calls and delays, I was forced to hire another company. Based on photos taken before the service, it was confirmed that the blower was never cleaned and that the work was poorly done. When I asked for a solution, I was told they do not charge for cleaning the blower and are not responsible for “inaccessible” areas—something never disclosed before payment.

In reality, I paid over $600 for vent cleaning only. Customer service was rude and dismissive, and no attempt was made to fix the problem.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on my experience I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They are not reliable, not professional, and take advantage of customers.
