Couldn’t ask for better service! Marilyn and the plumbing team responding to an emergency call on FATHER’s DAY! It’s hard enough to get service on the weekends let alone a sunday holiday…but they managed to show up in a timely manor and do a great job! Express Drain & Sewer is Great, they helped eliminate the bad odor and smells with hydro jetting the lines with enzymes. And, their grease trap service is dependable, technicians Eddie, Nick, Felix, Yosbel, Javier are knowledgeable and dependable. Also, their fees are reasonable. Their office staff Estefani and Marilyn give good customer service and support. They keep us updated with the service calls and follow up with us. You won’t go wrong here!

Hello, I contacted Express Drain to complete the catch basin, and the storm drains cleaning at Vintage Estates Community Association. Marilyn immediately responded and next day early the truck was on site doing the cleaning and the service was excellent. I decided to add more cleaning, and I asked a discount, and Marilyn didn't hesitate to offer a better price. The technician (Juan) was excellent and very professional doing the service. I was referred to Express Drains when my condo parking lot got flooded. The storm drains were full of debris and the water would not go down for days. The guys worked very hard and hydro jetted the entire complex for me and did a great job. Stephanie the receptionist is very professional and so pleasant to deal with.

As a first homeowner with an older home it can be challenging to find reliable, reputable, and affordable service contractors to help fix issues that arise. I was referred by my neighbor to Express when my septic tank started backing up. I called and spoke with Marilyn and she quickly was able to schedule a team to come out and fix the tank. Both Marilyn and Estefani kept in contact with me throughout the day until the work was completed. It feels great to know that in this day and age companies like Express still exist. No price gouging, customer service centric, and fast. Thank you!

Joel, Christian, Cleo, Alberto have raised the bar for our semi annual oil water separator cleanings. We operate 7 car washes in South Florida and they are timely, thorough and mindful of our business operations. Marilyn in the office coordinates the schedule and the manifest to keep us compliant. Highly recommend this team.

Our condominium badly needed well and drain cleaning after completing concrete renovations and replacing our roof. We were in a hurry because rainy season was upon us and Express Drain did not disappoint. Express Drain provided excellent service all around. From the call/communication, to the estimate, service and payment. Marilyn handled the calls, communications and payment instructions and she was excellent. The technicians she sent out were great too. They worked hard and showed us they cared about their work. They explained the process of vacuming, jetting and using air to blow the wells out. It was a big job. It took a little while longer than expected, but they came back on a Saturday and there was no additional charge. They completed cleaning our wells and drains in time for rainy season. I have no problem recommending Express Drain and Sewer Cleaning.

The technician did a good service. It is a pitty that he is working for such a company with lack of proffessionalism. They charge you by giving you whatever price it comes to their mind. At the beginning they said 2,500.00, then they said 1,500.00, then it was 1000.00, they were not able to sustain the price and give explanations what they were charging for. A complete lack of respect with customers. Would not recommend it to anybody.

I recently had a leak coming from the walls of my closet and called several plumbing companies, but Express Drain was the only one able to assist promptly. From the moment I called, the customer service was outstanding—Estefani and Marilyn were friendly, responsive, and made the process smooth and stress-free.
When Eddie and Nick arrived at my home, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They quickly identified the issue, which turned out to be coming from my neighbor’s unit. They explained everything clearly and handled the situation with care and expertise.
I truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Express Drain went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing services.

The customer service was excellent. From the office staff, Estefani and Marilyn, to the field technicians, Jonathan C. and Alberto A., staying late to complete the cleaning, their ability to get us set up for service within a couple of days is truly appreciated.

I initially left a positive review for the crew who performed the work, as they were professional and courteous on the day of the visit. However, after the first rainy day, it became clear that the drainage issue was not resolved.

Despite providing written documentation and photos showing the problem continued after days of the service, management [Marilyn Muller] took no accountability and instead pushed for additional paid services. This was especially disappointing given that debris removal and jetting were included in the original scope of work.

While the field crew did their job professionally, the lack of follow-through, accountability, and customer service from management ultimately changed our experience.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.
