I had an great experience with Express Drain Cleaning & Sewer Cleaning! From start to finish, the entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Javier, Joel, Kolby, and Courtney handled the hydro jetting of our garage floor drains with precision, pushing everything into the sump pump pit. They then vacuumed out the pit, hydro jetted into the city sewer drains, and finished by vacuuming those as well leaving everything in perfect working order.

The office staff, Marilyn and Alexis, were also fantastic friendly, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process. It’s rare to see this level of coordination between field technicians and office support, but Express Drain Cleaning delivered on every level.

I called master plumbing today to send a plumber to take a look at a seized shower line. They did send two men from a company called Sam jollies plumbing, which is what was written on the side of the van. Don't do business with these people. This is the worst experience ever. Nothing but one very fast talking salesman, he smelled so bad of cigarettes, His sidekick just stood there never said anything. They wanted to tear down a wall and replace an entire system when he said all it needed was a valve. But he wanted to do this entire Ticket job for $1400. I asked him for a price for just replacing the Valve, and he said he wasn't going to do that. He said he had a great handyman who could put the drywall up for me, But he wouldn't give me the number unless I signed the contract. I can't believe they wanted $1400, To just basically walk into my house, not touch a thing Stink up my house like cigarettes and then went out and ran my credit card for the $69 because I refused to sign his contract. He must think women are completely stupid

I had a plumber Roberto Bodrato come out due to my dishwasher not draining properly, which caused water to back up into the sink. He told me the garbage disposal was shot and recommended replacing it, along with snaking the line. He quoted **$525** for the garbage disposal and **$350** for the snake — which felt extremely high.

He also brought up supposed water damage and possible mold, and strongly encouraged me to get "his attorneys" and a restoration company involved to bill my homeowner's insurance. That didn’t sit right with me — especially because I knew the issue was a drainage problem, not a flood or damage situation. Thankfully, I contacted my insurance rep, who was honest with me and confirmed this was considered **regular maintenance** and not something they’d cover. He also mentioned the pricing sounded way too high, but unfortunately by then, the plumber had already gotten the supplies.

Another thing I found unusual was that the plumber showed up with his child, which felt unprofessional considering the situation.

This whole experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I just want other homeowners to be cautious — always double check prices, ask for a second opinion, and don’t feel pressured into involving insurance unless you speak to your own agent first.
