I have used Titan Restoration’s service twice over the past 2-3 years at two different locations. They are responsive and professional. Turnaround time to arrive on the job and to get it completed are all as promised. They understand the urgency of the problem when it comes to mold, and react accordingly. I highly recommend Titan Restoration for your water damage, leak detection and mold remediation needs.

Used them to provide an expert ATTIC INSPECTION because I have a leak and two different reputable roofing companies provided two different evaluations for two different sections of my roof. I was informed that ROOFERS don't go in the attics to see where leaks come from, they just evaluate from outside roof. Now I know for certain what section needs fixing thanks to Titan Restoration. I'm very happy with their report.

Very professional and friendly team! Had a water damage from my AC. They came out within a few hours and took care of everything from inspecting, removal, photos, submitting to insurance if needed and recommending people for repairs. GREAT EXPERIENCE, highly recommend if you’re in need of help with any water or mold damage!

My dealings with Titan were fantastic when trying to figure out and set up mold remediation for a leak in my kitchen, especially because of Chloe. She was definitely the nicest part of the process due to both her demeanor/attitude and her explanations of the process and what I needed to do going forward. Fanel and his team did an excellant job with the mold remediation on our home. Even the mold inspector that came to test for any remaining mold said that their work was great and that he wished all the homes he inspected looked like ours.

We were replacing floors in two bedrooms but ran into water and mold issues. Titan came out immediately, did a leak detection and evaluation and subsequently, a mold remediation. They were on time, very professional and had a knowledgeable crew. The problems were all corrected in a timely manner and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone with a water/mold problem.

Titan restoration is a great , reasonable, reliable company! The team at titan from the project manager Eden levy & Lea are the best of the best! They are great at communicating from the start of the project to the finish! I don’t think there is any project to big for them to handle! My house was a major project and when other companies flat out rejected doing any work at my home TITAN step in and stepped up to the plate! I am extremely thankful to them there while team ! Including the workers they are extremely honest! I had a iPhone delivered to my house while the workers where in my house and I wasnt. They took the package and left it in the counter! Honest , hardworking and dedicated people are extremely hard to find nowadays! So kudos to titan and there team !

The customer service lady we spoke to was so kind and consistent in regards to our frantic situation. She talked us through the whole process & even called back in to check on us after everything was said and done.

I had a kitchen sink leak that affected my cabinetry, walls & flooring over the labor day weekend. The estimated cost for repairs were extremely reasonable given the damage at hand, so we agreed to work with them.
They came out, set up dry out equipment and even let me the equipment over the long weekend to ensure my flooring didn’t receive further water damage.
Once Titan came back to collect equipment, I met with the supervisor (which I didn’t expect but made me feel confident in my decision to use the company) and he was so personable and made me feel like they truly cared about my family’s safety, situation & gave me a wonderful quote to replace my floors.

My family is very grateful that Titan was able to help us and restore our kitchen back to better than before.

Titan Restoration did mold abatement in my entire house. A roof leak caused mold to spread throughout all 3 stories. I had to stay in a hotel and was basically homeless until Titan Restoration came in, fixed the leak, and swiftly returned the air quality back to normal. Eden and the entire crew were very professional and thorough. Excellent job and extremely affordable compared to the other estimates that I got!

Titan Restoration has been a life saver!!! Fantastic company and staff !!! We had to call Titan & sister company MC Enterprises twice over the last 3 years.

Titan’s team came to our rescue both times. Their staff is extremely professional and dedicated.

We had 2 major pipe repairs connecting 3 units. One unit flooded badly in September due to a burst pipe plus several decaying pipes, including a sewage stack. We had a major disaster! One of their staff stayed until 3:30 am when we had the flooding to make sure the unit was livable until we could resolve the issue the next day.

Eden Levy, one of the owners, took the time and care to come personally to our building, introduced himself to all unit owners to assure the unit owners that everything would be done correctly.

After all their hard work, all 3 units had brand new pipes, walls were repaired and painted, 1 closet was completely rebuilt. All baseboards were dry. Like nothing ever happened. Impeccable, immaculate, professional, excellent. Perfect.

They did Major repairs and replacement at my mothers apartment and they were excellent Very Professional they worked very Hard and they pick up after them self and they’re very sweet and very down to earth I was very happy because my mom is 87 years old she’s an elderly lady and they were very kind and professional to my mom while they were doing work at my mothers place and they also did an excellent job. We recently found out that we had some water leaks around some of our exterior windows, that caused mold in our walls. We called Titan immediately because they had done work at our son‘s house.
