Everyone at Titan Restoration were so supportive and knew what to do to make our home "a home again" after a major leak caused so much damage. The techs, plumber and contractors did a beautiful job. Thanks to Eden at Titan for handling each detail.

We uncovered a moisture/mold issue when having a new laminate floor installed. We were strongly advised to avoid companies that provide BOTH testing & remediation. While this advice makes sense on the surface, it doesn't play out in real life.
An "independent" tester came to our home at a cost of $450. He spent about 30 minutes doing his thing and told us he would get our test results soon. He went on to say we would then receive an estimate for remediation from a company he routinely "recommends".

We then received the mold report: positive (no surprise based on the odor and appearance). The following day I got a call from Titan cheerfully telling me an estimate was on its way to my email. I asked if the estimate would include rebuilding the drywall that was removed. The answer was no, because they would not know how much needed rebuilding until they tore it out. I told him I was not interested in open ended estimates. He told me he would include a range of rebuild costs.

The estimate was for over $9000. I asked if they would also be determining to source of the moisture; nope. The $9K did include AN ADDITIONAL $450 for another test!

A local, reputable company that does do BOTH is doing the job on Thursday at a cost of $2,600 including any post project testing. Lesson learned and now shared...as an added bonus, they continue to call me to ask that I remove my review…first time I’ve ever blocked a number.

I had the opportunity to do business with a company that takes pride in the work they do. Eden, and his administrative staff was extremely polite and professional. When he mentioned that his lead technician would be meeting with me I was a bit skeptical because of our agreement on my contract. However, I can see why Eden has Fanel overseeing the projects. In addition, my interaction with Josiah and Daniel was also super superior. I Highly recommend this company.

We had a leak under our kitchen island with sink. It lead to us needing to rip it completely down due to mold growing on the wood. Titan was able to successfully identify that the leak was coming from our hot water pipe and provided us with various options for us to consider, while weighing the risks and benefits to each option.

Titan restoration did a great job with my mold issue as well as repairs needed. Daniel was professional and worked efficiently to get the job done on time. Lia was very informative on explaining the job as well as updating dates and times. Price was great as well. Highly recommend them.
