WARNING: Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I hired this company to install impact windows in my home in Dania Beach, Florida. I paid $26,000 for six windows, believing I was getting the correct product. Instead, they installed regular windows, not impact-rated windows like I ordered.

They stopped answering my calls, avoided all communication, and left me with windows that do not match what I paid for. Now I have to involve a lawyer because I can’t get any help from them.

To make the situation even worse, the window installation increased the tax assessment on my home, which means I now have to pay higher property taxes. I didn’t realize that the contract allowed them to file this work in a way that affects my taxes, and I regret not reading the contract more carefully.

In my experience, they removed the glass from my old windows and only changed the frames—the glass was the same, and I still hear all the outside noise. The whole situation has been stressful, expensive, and extremely disappointing.

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life.
Please be careful so you don’t go through the same thing I did. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

We have loved Green Innovations from the beginning. We had all our windows replaced about 8 years ago. The process was easy and efficient, and our home stays cooler than it used to. Priority in Miami. What I love most is their lifetime warranty. We've had two windows break since, and they easily and quickly come and replace them, no questions asked and no cost. The tech today replaced the window as well as gave helpful tips for future!
Thanks Green Innovations!!

I loved working with Green Innovations. Their customer service was excellent, everyone was super helpful, and my new roof and windows look amazing. I got a great deal on it as well. The work was done super fast, and the quality is really good. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful customer service from the time we got a quote until installation day. I loved that after each window install the crew would vacuum the area to clean up. Any specific requests we had were completed without any questions. Overall our family loves the final result!
Very Responsive, Punctuality, Quality and Professionalism was great!

These guys are professional perfectionists. I hired them to update all the doors and windows of my home. They came, completed measurements, advised me of my options, quoted a good price, and gave me a time frame for when I could expect everything to be done. They did everything they said they would do and more. My house looks great, and the quality of work is excellent. I will hire them again for my next project.

Ordered 10 windows from this company. They haven’t been installed yet but customer service is very friendly and professional, everything is going smoothly and I can’t wait for the project to be start and be completed. The project manager John was extremely helpful with every detail. I Highly recommend this company and brand of windows to make your home better.

A+ from start to finish. Their sales rep Vince helped specify beautiful windows that are appropriate to the original character of the house while significantly reducing outside noise. Their friendly and professional install team (John & Eliott) carefully, thoughtfully and thoroughly resolved all the issues that arise with retrofitting a 100 year old house. Last but not least they left the job site clean and tidy each day! They are doing my parents house next month.
