Window Installation reviews in Hollywood, Florida

We had an excellent experience with this contractor from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, timelines were met, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. The crew was punctual, respectful of our home, and paid close attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and there were no surprises along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable contractor.

The financing process can be stressful, but they guided us step by step. They made sure we didn’t miss any deadlines or paperwork. What stood out was how organized their documentation was. Permits, warranties, inspection reports, everything was provided neatly.

Green Innovations did an excellent job installing our impact windows. The crew was professional, on time, and very detail oriented. The installation was clean and the final result looks great. Samira helped us tremendously throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and easy.

After installation, they scheduled a walkthrough to make sure we were happy before asking for final paperwork. That made us feel respected as customers.

Green Innovations did a great job on my roof. Aviv and Ido were professional, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The work looks amazing and everything was left clean. I definitely recommend them for any roofing project.

I had a great experience with Green Innovations, especially working with Carlos. I noticed an issue and he immediately jumped on it and made it a priority to fix it. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. You can tell he really cares about making his customers happy.

Carlos went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved quickly, and I truly appreciate the effort he put in. It’s not often you find someone who responds that fast and actually delivers results the way he did.

I’m honestly a very satisfied customer and grateful for the help. I highly recommend Carlos and Green Innovations to anyone who wants reliable service and someone who takes pride in their work.

My review of Florida Shield was initially positive when I posted 10 months ago. We thought they delivered us a very good product at a good price. We also thought their service was very good. We paid in full, and they asked us to make the review even though they had not finished all of the work for us. We happily agreed. BIG MISTAKE! The bathroom door they in stalled at our home leaks when it rains. They have been promising to come and fix the issue since its installation closer to a year ago. We also had them do the doors and the windows at our mother's condo. They installed the sliding doors backwards with the keys on the inside. They said they would resolve it. That took months. At the same location they installed the wrong impact entrance door. The door is not wind rated for its placement.
They kept telling us its coming, it didn't. Then they have to get out from the supplier. They didn't. For closer to a year they have kept saying they will put the right door. They haven't. It's been nothing but lies, no communication, and no shows when they say they are coming. The permit for the project is still open because we can't get a final inspection because the door is not correct. I resend any initial recommendation I made about this company. If you are dealing with Gabriel....DON'T. HE TALKS A GOOD GAME BUT DOESN'T COME THROUGH. UPDATING this review is just one of the steps in an pursuing along with contacting and complaining to the city, the county, the BBB, as well as talking with a lawyer to sue them. Save yourself and find another company to do what you need done. Don't trust these guys. The atrached video shows the door leaking.

UPDATE 04/07/2026 !!!!
IF ANY OF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THESE GUYS, I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE....OUR ISSUES ARE STILL UNRESOLVED EVEN AFTER COUNTLESS ASSURANCES THAT THEY WERE COMING BY. THAT THE DOOR IS IN PROCESS..... AND NOTHING. LEGAL ACTION IS FORTHCOMING AND I'LL BE SURE TO POST ADDITIONAL UPDATES! SO, SO SAD IT HAS COME TO THIS.
