This was my first experience with Epiclean Professional Cleaning. I can say that it was a fantastic one. The person that came to clean arrived early, was professional, very pleasant and was thorough in her work. I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning service I received today. I would definitely recommend Epiclean.

Whom ever answered the phone 2 mins ago when I called was extremely nasty. I went dear gif at the price and she responded oh what’s the point of me continuing if it’s too expensive. I didn’t even get to ask questions I wanted to ask and just told her she’s going to be rude there’s no need to even consider! I received a call back for the woman apologizing and expressed their rates. She also informed me if the 5hr minimum. Although on yelp there’s a complaint that even in 5hrs of cleaning was performed quite poorly with dust left. in order to insure they get their fees covered. i stated I will let someone know and call back for scheduling if we like. She then asked me to remove the review as her boss is upset. Well I sent a text below and here’s the lying owner. I’m so not a criminal and what he’s accusing me of is called extortion. Shortly further escalations will be involved. Try Red Quality Cleaning instead it’s a better service better customer service (you won’t hear someone talking in the background when you call), better policies, honesty and better pricing! I also called to address the lying response, and well let’s see so far no response from the owner

Very happy with the cleaning and end result (cleaning and pressure wash for the exterior of the house, including windows, driveway, sidewalk, etc.). Highly recommended!

Short version: Bad cleaning, good customer service.

I may have just been unlucky with who they sent, but she did a terrible job. Her name was Amarilis. I was there for the first 15 minutes of the cleaning but had to leave for an appointment. In that short time, I was already getting a bad feeling about her ability to properly clean. She was on the phone with someone and was "cleaning" the window ledges on the first floor. This consisted of her taking a paper towel and just moving it back and forth a few times, while the blinds were closed! So she's just slapping the blinds around instead of taking the 5 seconds to open them. A few of the blinds ended up with a crack on the little loop that connects it to the track.

When I came back, the job was supposedly done, but several parts of the house were filthy. Just look at the pictures. You can tell that she didn't even check behind the doors or vacuum several spots.

After I received the invoice, I showed customer service the pictures attached to this review and they deducted 1 hour of "labor." In my view, the service rendered was worth even less, but I just wanted to get it over with. Like I said, I might've just been unlucky, judging from the other reviews, but it's worth sharing.

The ladies were not only thorough and professional, but also incredibly friendly and personable. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home, and their attention to detail was impressive.

The gentleman who came to clean the windows did an outstanding job as well. The glass is so spotless, I’m honestly going to need to put a sticker on my sliding door to prevent anyone from walking into it—it’s that clear!

I called Thursday to inquire on a deep cleaning. They said not only can they deep
Clean, they can send 2 cleaners to be here that Saturday for 8 hours.
Both ladies arrived promptly at 8am and cleaned straight through until 5pm. I don’t think they took a break or stopped moving for the entire 9 hours! They brought all their own cleaning supplies and knew what to do without me saying anything. I highly recommend!

I have had good communication with this Company at all times. The pressure cleaning job was excellent, it really exceeded my expectations. Very professional and attentive to the client. Mr. Armando and his team were excellent. I recommend them with 5 stars and would use their services again. They are the best!!!
