I had to reschedule from my original date, and was very fortunate to have Jennie as my cleaner. She was punctual and got right to work. Before she cleaned, my apt was a post-constructoon mess! She was very thorough, vacuuming and sweeping and mopping several times to get rid of all the grit and dust. In this deep cleaning, she moved furniture and appliances to make sure she removed as much debris as possible. She also helped me redecorate to help bring out the beauty of this 1925 apt! The floors are painted black--dust shows instantly--she made them shine! I can't believe this is the same apt--it will now be a joy to live here!

I had a very disappointing experience with Epiclean Professional Cleaning. They are not professional at all. One of the cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, which I didn’t mind initially. However, every 10 minutes she was on her phone, which was extremely unprofessional.
The quality of cleaning was basically zero. Even after sweeping and mopping, there was still hair all over the floor. I constantly had to tell them what to do, which defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. I specifically paid for a deep clean, but it was anything but deep.
What made the situation worse is that they dismantled my shower door without my consent and now they are refusing to fix it. This is completely unacceptable.
On top of all that, they are quite expensive. I assumed the higher price meant better service, but I was very wrong. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Extremely Happy. I had a really big Job. Deep Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Interior/Exterior windows cleaning. To me the most important part was the Customer Service. They made sure that my concerns were addressed and went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They made the process as stress free as possible.
