Franklin Electric did a fantastic job hanging a very difficult chandelier that was not only large but fragile and complicated. Joe, Joey, Camilo were so pleasant and considerate and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Just needed some guidance for a project I’m considering. John W came to the house a few minutes early and he promptly answered all my questions and concerns. I used Blue Bell recently for a panel box swap at a different home and they were efficient and did great work.

Amber and John were phenomenal. Blue Bell Electric treated me, a new client, like a top priority. John found an opening in his day to come inspect my project ( EV charger for garage). Made his professional recommendations, gave me a quote that was more than fair and set installation for the next day. When his tech in the area finished another project early, John called me personally and offered to have my job done that very day.

Called to trouble shoot GFCI that would not reset, and removal of an old irrigation timer station. Technicians texted noting on the way and arrived right on time. Both were professional and friendly. After trouble shooting I was made aware of recommended fixes and gave OK to proceed. Faulty GFCI was replaced and downstream receptacles were checked as well.
Old irrigation timer removal process showed faulty wiring with much of wire insulation melted away. Repairs were made promptly and old materials removed. Excellent communication and service skills by James. Highly recommended for all future electrical needs.

This electric company is so great, they used to be named Franklin electric and they were the best in town and then the owner passed away and the company sold but it's the same guys and they are just excellent. I had them out to a very important client's home today and they did a wonderful job!!

Mike & Andy arrived as scheduled and both were pleasant, professional and efficient. I'd have them back anytime. Also, Amber, the Office Manager for BlueBell was just terrific: she listened to my issue, quoted a price I could afford and even got me on the schedule for the next day. Just a joy to work with! Amazing service and a job well done. They wired my outdoor sauna and went above and beyond. They gave me a quote and a few days later got the job done.
