Terrible Customer Service. Lady there treated us like we didn’t know what we needed because they didn’t carry it. Asked us to wear a mask but she entered the store section without a mask on. Save yourself some time coming to this double standard bum place

I didn't even make it to the store was putting my will call order in guy sounded annoyed to have to take my order didn't have half the items I needed and stopped me half way through my list to tell me it's easier if I just email it to him I've been ordering from CES as a store for 15 years never had that kind of rude customer service I will avoid this store every time I work in Jacksonville Beach area

Scheduled an estimate, after waiting 40-minutes I called them to check on their status. They then gave me the number for their guy who was coming. So I called him up only to find out that he wasn't able to make it.

The lack of showing up and caring to follow up just let me know that my time is clearly not of value to them whatsoever.
