Every experience I have had with Crawford electric has been terrific. On this trip James did a great job of understanding and informing me of the issues as well as correcting them quickly. Highly recommend Crawford and especially James!

I needed an electric receptacle replaced by a professional. I had opened it up on my own and found melty charred wires. I had already called 2 places with no returned call. I called Crawford Electric for help and Joann explained the rates and said they would have someone over soon. My repair was completed within the hour! Mike did a great job, explained what had caused the issue, answered all my questions and cleaned up. I know who to call first next time! Rates were fair and reasonable! Service was excellent!

The technician can during the promised window. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done as well as the estimate. He work quickly and got the job done. Went over everything and explained the detailed bill and was gone. Great job!
