Joe was great! For the past month the smell of new carpet in our apartment has been nauseating, without much improvement after airing it out for weeks. Joe came over on a Saturday and after an 90 minutes of his magic, the air smells clean. He's just the kind of person you feel good to do business with, and we'll be recommending him to everyone!

This jerk parked across from a Tesla on a small street and wouldn’t move up for me to get through in my special needs school bus. I asked my attendant to get out and try to guide me through so I wouldn’t hit his trailer. He was sitting in the car on his phone the entire time, knowing we were honking for someone to come out and move the truck for us. When he rolled his window down, he asked why should he move for us, who are we?!?Don’t do business with this guy! He has no respect for the people in our community.

I hope the driver of this company vehicle and trailer is an employee and not the owner of the business. Erratic driving and reversing without being sure no one is behind you in a family neighborhood will likely land you in jail one day.

Sean dropped everything and raced over to help me get the lawn for one of my current listings ready for the market. With less than an hours noticed, he succeeded all of my expectations and will most definitely be my go-to anytime I need yard maintenance done in Jacksonville. Thank you again, Sean.

This man was cutting weeds at the house across from us, and i offered him 20 dollars to cut the side of our house, and he generously refused our money and cleaned it up for free(of course i insisted on leaving him a tip). I chatted about how our backyard was so overgrown and if he ever needed a new client he could swing by here and be paid for his work, to which he took a look at our (overgrown as hell) backyard, said it was no problem and just went back there and weed eated everything for us for free! The kindness of this man is immeasurable. Great man and great worker, thanks Sean!

Our property was in need of a lawn service that provides more than the routine "mow, blow and go" service that we have experienced with other companies. Sean is interested in quality service and gives his attention to our yard as if it were his own. Highly recommend!!!

I am new to the area and come from the mountains where we have rocks and snow.
Sean was courteous to rundown his services and go check on the yard at my rental before I arrive in town and cleaned it up for me. He was prompt in my inquiry which is a godsend.

Not sure what happened to this man - but ive seen multiple reviews these past couple of days regarding his driving. We were on beach blvd bridge - and saw him going about 60-75 swerving around other cars with his truck & a large trailer attached. - almost hitting the cars around him.

We noticed that he was doing this for a long period of time down Beach Boulevard passing taco - lu and the light connecting to shetter Avenue . we sped up trying to catch up with him to get the number and business name on the side of the truck / trailer, and he immediately started road rage with us... He was going so fast that we couldnt even catch up with him.... even after turning on side roads (the avenues at the beaches) He was easily going 50 - 55 in the 25 speed zones. very dangerous driver. filed a report with the police.

Sean is so reliable, easy to work with, communicates and is priced well! We have zoysia grass and he takes great care to keep ruts out of the grass since it’s more soft. Thank you, Sean! We appreciate you!

Sean is an extremely hard worker but charges a premium price for his service. The amount of sod delivered was well above the sod used so he had a third party landscaper pick up the leftovers. This third party company grossly insulted my integrity, which Sean felt should be overlooked. Bottom line... get a detailed description of what work you want done with a written estimate. I would rate his service at a 3.

Shawn is as solid as they come, I saw him cutting my neighbors yard and asked for a quote. His prices were great for larger property. Shawn goes above and beyond to leave your property looking amazing.

Sean came by the same day we contacted him for a quote for our yard that had been overgrown and never fully in order since we moved into our house. He ended up staying for a few hours (even past sunset) to do a solid run through of our entire yard - leaving it looking like new and getting things back in order. We signed him up to come and do regular maintenance afterwards. He’s the best we’ve found in a long search for thorough yard maintenance.

Sean is the best lawn service I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond and is very customer service oriented. I can text him on Sunday night and he will answer me (of course I try not to do that). He does my lawn weekly and I also had him replace the sod in my backyard and it looks beautiful. I would recommended him to anyone
