All reviews for Re-Bath

Steve, thank you for the no high pressure sales. He presented me with options and let me decide on my own.
Basil, was professional and cleaned up everyday before leaving. He was fabulous. And of course Alice and Tonya who kept me up to date of when things were happening.
I highly recommend Re Bath.

Excellent work done on my bath/shower remodel by Josh and Lewis! They were a fantastic team - prompt, very courteous, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. I had to have surgery on the day they finished. When I came home later that day I noticed something that I had questions about, and was not 100% okay with. They answered me immediately, turned back around and came back to my house to discuss options with me. They were incredibly kind and wanted me to be completely happy and comfortable (I’m disabled so it was important that everything worked for my condition). We landed on a couple different options that might work. They came back first thing the next morning to show me the options, and I was VERY happy with the final result. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would definitely want them to do work for me in the future. I’m thrilled with the quality of the materials and fixtures. It completely transformed my bathroom, and most importantly, it is now a much more accessible and safe shower space for me. Thank you Re-Bath, and thank you Josh and Lewis for a job VERY WELL DONE!!

Our installation tech, Steve Hall, did a great job. He was very professional and took precautions to keep our house clean during the installation. It is exactly what we had envisioned and wanted.

Re-Bath was great from the initial consultation all the way through the installation of our shower. Josh, Lewis and Taylor were punctual, enthusiastic, clean, safe, respectful, and welcomed any and all questions I had through the entire process. I had a wonderful experience and love the results.

Basil and Re-Bath did an amazing job on our bath/shower/flooring remodel. Everything went smoothly and we highly recommend!

Lewis and Josh were very professional and very attentive to details. They were also extremely polite. We appreciated their patience with all our questions.

Rebate’s employees Josh and Lewis did an awesome job on our bathroom remodeling project. Both guys were very professional, courteous and respectful. They continuously cleaned up as they worked, and did a thorough clean up at the end of the job. I give them an A+!! Thanks guys!

Just wanted to say we were very pleased with the Re-Bath team from Jesse, Designer Consultant to Lewis, Project Manager and his assistant, Josh). Re-Bath completely remodeled two of my bathrooms within 2 months.

The crews were professional and very patient in making sure that every little detail wasn’t missed. The crew was close to flawless in every aspect.

Everything looks great, and we could not be more pleased with our overall experience. I would definitely refer them to my firends.

Thank you for everything!

Went into the shop to look at shower enclosure finishes to support a Re-Bath project in my Chicago condo. The Chicago team informed me that the shower niche was not available in the shower wall color I chose (and had a contract to proceed). So, since I had returned to my primary home in the Jacksonville area, I decided to visit the Jacksonville showroom. The team there was super helpful and went way out of their way to help me and my wife choose a new color that would support the niche even though they would not “make a sale”. Very impressed! Thank you!

Rebath did a great job with updating our bathroom. Wesley was our point of contact and was very helpful with presenting all of the options for the remodelling. Josh and Lewis did a great job with the install, and any concerns were addressed quickly.

We LOVE our new shower and bathroom design!! Bascil Bresherse did a remarkable job!!

Re-Bath went the extra mile from start to finish with our tub to shower conversion. The start date was sooner than expected. Michael the installer was prompt, on time, polite, very courteous, explained everything to us. Michael stayed on task and never stopped until the job was completed. This project wasn’t a rush job. First day the tub area was removed and the next day the shower and all the upgraded hardware was beautifully installed. No complaints. Price was right. Other companies were over priced. Michael went above and beyond and is an asset to Re-Bath.

Really impressed by how our shower turned out. Lewis and Josh were so quick that it only took a day and a half from demolition to completion. These two are very skilled experts at their job no doubt. Thanks Lewis and Josh.
Thank you ReBath.

Michael and Haze from Re-Bath did a terrific job with demolition of old tile and bathtub and installation of new shower, toilet and floor. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Michael from ReBath! His attention to detail was wonderful and he was incredibly professional the whole time he was in our home. ReBath provided great customer service throughout the installation, Thank You!

We are very happy with the finished product in both the master and guest bathrooms. Our installer Michael really did an incredible job and he cleaned up each day! His work was labeled “impeccable” by the county inspector. Basil came to help Michael for 3 days of the 9 day job (time was for 2 bathrooms to be gutted and put back together). Basil was jovial and really worked hard to be helpful to Michael. They had a good working relationship. Our experience with Re-Bath was easy from meeting with sales rep Jesse to installation to communication with office representative Tanya. Thank you, Re-Bath team!

Michael just finished a great shower installation. His work is high quality. In addition, he was very conscientious and considerate. A total professional!

Michel was prompt, respectful, considerate and professional in all areas. Clean up each day was perfect. Perfectionist in installation of shower.

Sam and Basal came to my home to take out my tub and replace it with a shower install. It was a very difficult job and these two men worked so hard with such a pleasant and positive attitude! Their workmanship was perfection and they were a delight to have in my home. I truly appreciate their dedication to excellence. I will always enjoy my beautiful new shower!

Oh my goodness, my wife and I were nervous, but the team exceeded our expectations. Rudder meets the road after your sign the agreement, when they install our two bathrooms. Our installer was Michael (do not know his last name or if I did, I wouldn't post it), he was always on time and he was head down on his work. The detail of his work was excellent. He cleaned-up everything and ensure our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended them...I would also recommend having Michael install your new bathroom.

Basil , Sam and Emmanuel were all on the job. Showed up on time every day, cleaned up after themselves and overall did a fantastic job. We love the new bathrooms and couldn’t be happier !!!
