These guys (Justin, Robert, Zac, ,Mitch, Jake, Paul, and Jacob) were incredible. They were polite, kind, fast, professional and really human. Our oldest dog was ill and just returned from the vet and they did their best to make sure we were all comfortable while the worked on replacing every window in our house. They cleaned everything up, checked in with us through out the entire process and were just a pleasure to have do this install. Thank you!

We are so pleased with our new West Shore shower, installed today by the team of James, Cedric, Mark and Timmy. The gentlemen were courteous, very professional, highly skilled, efficient and thorough. They took great care to protect our floors and the bathroom and cleaned up so well there was no sign of them being here, except for the beautiful shower! We highly recommend West Shore. From the initial consultation to the finished product, everything was done excellently. As parents of a USN service member, we admire and appreciate West Shore’s commitment to train and employ members of our US military. This is a well-managed company that gives back to their communities and stands behind their product and service. The only downside is now I want to change everything else in the room to match!

I had a great experience from start to finish! Tanner really broke down everything from material to financing to the installation process. The actual installers Claude, Justin, Zak, Jake, Mitchell, and Jacob were incredibly efficient using drop cloths and cleaning up when they were done. They arrived around 8:00 am sharp and got finished around 2:30 pm with 12 windows of various sizes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows!

"We recently used West Shore Home for a bathtub-to-shower conversion, and the entire process was top-notch. It started with our salesman, Andrew, who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He walked us through all the financing options and made sure every single one of our questions was answered before we moved forward. The installation was handled by Cody and Darold, who were a pleasure to have in our home. They arrived right on time, were very friendly, and took great care of our house by laying down drop cloths from the entrance to the bathroom. Before starting, they explained exactly what they’d be doing. Once the old tub was out, they even took the time to show us how they were rewiring and installing the new plumbing. They worked with precision, cleaned up everything, and hauled away the old tub. We couldn't be happier with the new shower—highly recommend this crew!"
