This is the third large scale remodel at two different homes with BeeTree. The quality and workmanship are exceptional. Every project has set backs and unexpected problems but Katrina's ability to imagine a solution in most cases leaves the home owner with more than they expected which is definitely true in our case.

This is our second project with BeeTree Homes, so when it comes to renovations, this speaks volumes! We had our Master Bath and Closet renovated this time. We could not be happier with how it turned out. It is timeless and truly our oasis. We were very happy for the education received by BeeTree and the exposure to design and materials that we would never have found overselves. When BeeTree speaks of being part of the "BeeTree Family", they truly do mean it. They stand behind their work and you can count on them.

The entire BeeTree Homes team is amazing! They are able to understand exactly what you are looking for in a residential remodeling project and turn it into reality. Just amazing!

They gladly took a $5,000 design retainer, when I asked to phase the work so we could continue to live there, they refused to proceed, after several weeks of me asking for at least the design I paid for, was told they weren't architects and could not provide anything but the concept they provided, no electrical, no structural, no mechanical, no plumbing. I asked for a partial credit, and they became defensive.

Bee Tree has provided awesome service to us, both in re-designing our home, as well as having reliable and excellent subcontractors to complete the work. We highly recommend them.

Bee Tree completed a kitchen renovation for us along with a fireplace reno and it turned out beautiful. The main project coordinator that we worked with was top notch. She was always accessible and had great ideas and perspective to give us on our plans. We could really reach her anytime so we appreciated that. Even after our remodel was complete, when minor issues did pop up (even a year later), they responded to us quickly and came out to resolve the issue. I really wasn't expecting that. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the project took much longer than originally estimated. There was a worker shortage and this was towards the end of COVID, so that timing wasn't ideal for us. I'm sure that finding good work has been much easier since our project. Had they have stuck to the timeframe as planned, I would rate them 5 star.

After interviewing several GCs about a adding a sunroom & home gym to my 1940's house, I selected BeeTree Homes because of their reputation, great communication, and their process. The contract had very specific milestones, but also allowed for changes and adjustments along the way, which was great because I ended up adding /changing a couple of things once we got started. Were there challenges? Yes, especially with the weather, but nothing directly related to BeeTree's performance.
Their project foreman, Aaron, did a great job of keeping me informed about timelines, which crews would be working on specific days, and how much noise to expect so I could plan accordingly. He was also very prompt and always took time to answer my questions. However, the best part of this entire project was the end result... everything we discussed from the inital interview through the design phase and architectural drawings became a reality! And I am 100% happy!

We couldn’t be happier with our beach condo renovation, thanks to the incredible team at Bee Tree Homes! Katrina, Cindy, and Haley worked together to transform our space with new hardwood flooring, beautiful tile work, custom cabinetry, stylish lighting, and a gorgeous new fireplace that instantly became the focal point of the condo. The finished result feels modern and perfectly suited to our coastal location. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Bee Tree Homes to anyone looking to renovate with a team that’s talented, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what they do!

I knew I was going to like Bee Tree when I met the owner, Katrina. We hit it off and she was very knowledgeable about her industry. Next we met her daughter, Shelby, who does not fall far from the tree! Shelby and her staff came out and listened to my ideas; told me to share any inspiration pics I had and designed 3 different plans for our bathroom reno. We picked the one that was the most involved and eventually proved to be everything we wanted and more!
Were there delays and other issues—by all means, but Bee Tree and most of their contractors were as kind and considerate as they could be. Our main project is complete…and now I’m renovating even more with Bee Tree—I guess I’m not ready to get rid of them! They are all that nice!

Everything you could want and even what you did not know you needed for a dream remodel! I spent years thinking about what I would change in my home during a remodel. And yet, without realizing it I was limiting my remodel to the original floor plan footprint. Katrina and Shelby listened to every detail of my original plans and produced an even better design that reimagined the floor plan and anticipated how my daily life would be enhanced with a more optimal floor plan. They also guided me through floor, tile , countertop, and other choices that balanced function, style, and budget. The execution was led by Aaron, an amazing foreman, who ensured every detail was in line with the design. When needed Chuck stepped in to offer his years of experience balancing my requests with sound construction and building choices. And to keep everything tied up in a nice bow through every milestone, Shelby and Erin as the project managers attended to the smallest detail and proactively engaged me every step of the way. From family, friends, and the curious neighbor everyone that has seen the finished remodel reacts with “wow” and finds several aspects of the remodel as “I would love that in my home”.

Our beach home was built in 1948 and needed significant updates to meet our needs and comply with city ordinances. Katrina and Chuck designed a beautiful renovation for both the house and the casita that flowed seamlessly and brought the property into compliance. From the design to the color coordination, the remodeled space is perfect!

BeeTree Homes did a beautiful job transforming our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and the new layout has completely changed how we use and enjoy our space. The project did take longer than expected and there were a few communication hiccups along the way, but overall the team brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. We’ve received so many compliments, and we’re truly grateful for the work they put into making our home feel fresh and inviting. We love the new remodeled space!

Bottom line - if we were to do another renovation I would not hesitate to call BeeTree Homes, as these are just good people to work with. Katrina and her team were responsive, professional and performed first rate work. They completely renovated our kitchen, master bath, family room and laundry, transforming them from tired, inefficient spaces into beautiful, much more livable rooms. Along the way there were some hurdles to get over, but BeeTree handled all of them quickly and kept the project moving until we had a beautiful finished product.
