Immediate estimate and very little delay getting to the requested service. Front lawn & easement excavation was thorough, and provider wouldn't quit till he was sure I was happy with the final result. Very courteous service as well.

I was entirely overcharged for a pool repair and contacted this company looking to tear my inground pool up and was instead offered a VERY fair price to repair the pool, a service they dont usually do. Not even a week later my pool was repaired and is amazing ! Thank you much for everything you guys did, your hard work saved our summer. And our wallets!

Edit: i was reached out to after this and was able to set up an appointment with an apology given on behalf of new staff. Definitely appreciated it. Estimator was very kind and prompt. We did get several quotes and theirs was by far the highest but I did appreciate them trying to correct our initial experience

Awful customer service experience. I submitted for a quote online and received a call back early monday. I tried to explain to the person on the phone that it was a bad time and if she could email me instead. She said it would be very difficult to email me and instead just tried to get me to agree to a schedule day with the her inspector. I then asked jf she could call me back after 2pm as I would be done with work and able to figure out my schedule. Her response was “I actually dont have time to call everyone back twice so how about you give me a call if you want to get on his schedule “ I laughed and told her no thank you and hung up. Beyond rude and unprofessional.

Despite some misunderstandings (mostly on my part), Silverman Fence did a fantastic job installing my backyard privacy fence. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and fast. Their customer service was immediate upon encountering a problem. While they were here, they accidentally nicked a ground pipe and fixed it within a half hour, no problem. They definitely earned my trust. I would highly recommend them for any fencing job you might need.

Had Silverman put in new fence in July and they did a great job. The installers were very friendly and hard working. They got it all done in 2 days. Great Company, great price

I contracted Silverman to construct an 8 cypress fence at my home last year. I chose cypress because of Silverman's comment that pine tended to warp over time. One year later, I am having problems with the pickets pulling out of the framing boards due to warpage and leaving gaps because there is VERY little overlap. I called and asked about my warranty and was told the fence was out of warranty (completed on 8/19/22). I was quite surprised as it has been only 14 months so not the best customer service. Nice fence, good construction, poor customer service.

This is a great family owned business who prides in customer service and satisfaction of their customers. I know from personal experience that they take no money down and will not attempt to collect unless you are completely satisfied by their workmanship and install. I have had several fences and would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality job to call Lynda at Silverman fence. I will continue using Silverman and their office staff will make you feel like your part of the family and will go out of their way to ensure your happiness.

We have used Silverman for years for many different types of fencing - we started with wood and we now have vinyl. They extremely responsive and their prices are competitive. I recently needed part of the fence removed for construction in our back yard - they met the builder's timetable on both ends of the project. Great people who care!!

They just replaced a side fence in my backyard and again did a great job.
They replaced a fence for me 2 years ago and did such a good job then I used them again.

I've been in my house 22 years and have had other fences replaced and no one could do as good a job as Silverman Fence. This fence even looks better than the last one I had replaced. They get better every time.

Wish I knew about them long ago and recommend them to everyone.
They even fixed a problem with buried concrete they found along my fence line and before they left readjusted my fence gate that was not including in my fence install. A nice unexpected bonus. Good company and great workers. I can't praise them enough.

Silverman did an outstanding job on my fence!!! Friendly / efficient / competitive quoting, excellent communication throughout, courteous / professional technicians, and excellent craftsmanship. They didn't ask for any payment until the job was 100% complete to my satisfaction. This is as good as it gets when you hire a contractor...a super experience.
