I know nothing about pavers. Mike said trust him and he said he would make it great. He was wrong his guys did a FANTASTIC JOB. Mike picked out everything for the job, which pavers to put where. His crew was unbelievable in their work ethic and quality of work. Put yourself into Mike’s care and don’t worry about a thing.

UPDATE!!!! Once we alerted Stone Core as to what the delivery problem was, it was taken care of Immediately & payment sent to the supplier, who then immediately shipped out the stone! Two days later, the work at our home was completed, & it looks Beautiful! Still unimpressed that it took our personal investigation & calling the supplier ourselves to discover what the problem was. When the stone was not being shipped, Stone Core should have been on the line finding out what the problem was, they dropped the ball on that, otherwise I would give them a higher than 3 star rating. Happy with the final outcome, & with the quick response of the company once told of the payment to the supplier problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH ONE STAR RATING: We ordered stone to be installed on the front of our home. The stacked stone was delivered & work begun. We've been told for weeks the ledger stone that caps off the stacked stone will be here the next morning so work can continue. In the meantime our home is without siding on it & exposed to the weather, including hurricanes, & I can't park my car in the garage because of the stacked stone sitting in front of the garage! Finally had Enough of the LIES from Stone Core & called the actual company that supplies the stone to them, & was told they have the ledger stone in stock, & it can be shipped at any time as soon as Stone Core pays them what they are owed! We paid half up front to Stone Core, with the remainder to be paid upon completion. STUCK IN THE MIDDLE!!! Do NOT use this company, if you don't want the same headache!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
StoneCore just completed our travertine pool deck remodel with extensions and a new fire pit, and the results are absolutely stunning! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The design, attention to detail, and craftsmanship were top-notch.

A big thank-you to SEZ, our project manager, who made sure everything stayed on track and that we were happy throughout. His communication was excellent, always keeping us updated and making sure our questions were answered. The crew even went above and beyond by removing existing fencing for us and easily accommodating changes when needed—nothing was ever a problem.

What impressed us most was their reliability: they showed up when they said they would and delivered everything exactly as promised. That level of professionalism is rare in this industry. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided.

We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out—our pool deck and fire pit are beautiful, and we’re so thankful we chose StoneCore. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who truly delivers!

Unbelievable. Totally impressed and satisfied. Finished in only 16 days start to finish and the quality is outstanding and expecting long-lasting. Mike coordinated a team of assorted craftsman who showed up on time. They were polite, professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Mike set high quality standards and achieved results. Hoping that Mike and team will start our backyard fireplace soon. Thank you Mike for a quality, practical and good looking outdoor kitchen.

I just had Stonecore build me an out door kitchen a few months back. To my surprise rust spots are popping up all over the granite top. I reached out to the project manager Mike and he said he had never heard of it and he would get with his Stone company that was a month ago and I never heard back from him. I would not recommend Stonecore to anyone. I know there’s been zero attention after the sale I had to hire an outside vendor To help get the rust out and reseal the stone they inform me that it’s gonna come back that it was just pour quality stone. I reached out to Mike on 3/27 and as today 4/25 I still have not heard from him. During my last conversation and only conversation I had with Mike his comment to me was what do you want me to do replace the stone I was suggest all people stay away from this company.

Short version: Started out great but ended on bad terms. Travis at Stonecore didn’t do what he committed to do and left the job unfinished

Detailed version: We met Travis beginning of 2021 and asked for a quote to build a Uruguayan/Argentinian grill (parilla para los asados) which is essentially an elevated fireplace. He was great and was able to capture our idea in a sketch, and was confident about the custom build and provided a reasonable quote, we signed and paid a portion of the job up front.

Due to other delays from other contractors and permitting from the larger outdoor project we were working on, with we had to put things on hold around 6 months until later that summer.

When we were finally able to resume we were met with some pushback from Travis about increased cost and materials not being available etc. We were made to feel like our project was now an inconvenience and on the bottom of Stonecore’s priorities.

What was explained as a 1-2 week project turned into a 6 month project. The materials we had originally selected and requested to be ordered using the money we prepaid were not ordered, and no longer available. Had to make an alternative selection which was annoying but fine.

All the guys working on the job were good when they actually worked. They would show up randomly 1-2 days a week and work for a couple of hours and then leave. Travis mentioned trying to balance other jobs he had going on. Basically they were squeezing us in when they could instead of making our project a priority. There were also a few hiccups along the way and some work had to be redone. In the end the final project turned out good.

We lit the first fire and then shortly after there was significant cracking along one side of the fireplace. Travis mentioned needing to fill it in with concrete since it was hollow, which would allow for more heat resistance and that he would also come back to repair the brick. The impression he left was that this would be taken care of at no cost, since they were the experts and it was their error. When following up weeks later we were told we would have to pay for the “repair” and that Travis didn’t realize we would have the fire up against the wall of the fireplace…and that we should expect this kind of issue with “custom” jobs. I’m sorry, if we hire someone who builds fireplaces for a living I would expect them to build a structure that can withstand heat. Not build something that is going to break the first time we light a fire and then say we need to pay for them to fix it when it should have been done right the first time.

There are other things we weren’t happy with, but essentially what happened was Travis didn’t project manage the job or his subcontractors to keep his costs in budget and it was cutting into his profit margin. He was trying to wrap up the job at any cost and wasn’t willing to invest what it takes to do the job right.

We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Stonecore+. They helped transform our backyard into an oasis and were so professional, helpful and provided quality workmanship. We can't wait to work with them again!

We knew we wanted to redo our backyard but didn’t know where to start. After a few calls and quotes we knew we needed to find somebody that could handle the entire project and that’s when we discovered StoneCore. Mike was our project manager, he came out saw our vision and made it come to life. We ended up doing a 1200 square foot patio, outdoor kitchen with Pavilion and a beautiful fireplace! Going into the showroom made it so much easier to see, touch and get an idea of what we wanted. The project was finished on time, on budget, and Mike kept us in the loop on everything. I would highly recommend StoneCore, you can’t beat the professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship that they Brought to our project.

A complete nightmare. It seems that they are way too busy to keep up with the projects they have. Stonecore was selected as the subcontractor to build our outdoor fireplace and kitchen. They then subcontracted out the work to a “new team” of masons that was terrible from start to finish. The masons they subcontracted would argue with each other daily and leave cigarettes, water bottles, Gatorade bottles, cigarette packs, chip bags, razor blades, etc scattered in our yard every day. They decided to cut the stone and brick in different areas of the yard which caused a mess throughout and was never cleaned up fully. Everyday they would leave our water running when they were done.

From the start we had to babysit them due to all the issues. Due to them not measuring correctly, they had to tear down the fireplace and restart after they were a few days in since it was not centered. We also lost the backsplash we wanted since they did not build the kitchen portion to plan. They cut corners to save money, using different types of brick (different thickness, texture, and color.) Mike kept ensuring it would look great after it was all painted but it is very noticeable and not at all what we wanted nor paid for.

The granite company had to come out twice to remove the granite since one side of the kitchen was not equal height to the other. Thankfully Mike caught this and had the masons make adjustments. The granite guys were great though.

Several times we had to make the masons stop what they were doing and show them how it should be done. The brick work is not level and we are now stuck with uneven lines of brick which became very noticeable once completed.

The painters they used were just as bad. Ended up getting paint all over our brand new wooden mantle and some paint on our new stainless refrigerator, stainless trash can and new grill cover. They attempted to clean it up but I ended up having to clean it up myself. Mike did buy us a new grill cover since the new one we had just installed was ruined. They ended up having to bring out another painter to finish the job.

The paver company they outsourced was Plus Pavers, which I would not recommend. Just a few weeks in and the pavers already shifted and weeds growing throughout since they didn’t put enough paver base and sand down. Even after having them come out twice to fix. I ended up having them drop off paver sand so I could fill in gaps myself. Will be having another company come out soon to rip up the pavers and fix correctly.

From the start they caused major delays on the completion of our entire project. From not ordering pavers, not ordering the granite at first, to the building off center and tearing down, to all the waiting around in between. I can’t speak for the other contractors they use but the “new team” of masons that we were the trial for were awful and now we are stuck with sub par brick work for a kitchen/ fireplace that cost over 20K on an outdoor build out out that cost us a very large amount.

Went in just to browse on behalf of my parents currently working on an outdoor kitchen and could not have been more pleased with Jason’s attentiveness and helpfulness. We got so many great ideas and look forwarding to coming back for any future projects as well

One of the best decisions we made while building our home was having Stonecore do our driveway, walkways, pool and patio deck along with cascading stairways. We really enjoyed working with the entire Stonecore team. Sez Kargin who was our sales person was so knowledgeable and helped us greatly with our design and was also very helpful with choosing the right products for our project. We then met Lucas, Stonecores project manager who made sure what we envisioned could become a realty. Lucas is a real can do guy who oversees some of the hardest working installers I’ve seen. They worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk. Aside from being very skilled installers I found it amazing that I never noticed anyone smoking or talking on their phones unless it was job related. They just were focused on getting the job done right. By now you can tell we were very pleased with the whole process and have already had Stonecore do another paving project for us. We highly recommend you meet with Sez to discuss your needs. You won’t be disappointed.

We were quite impressed by the workers' energy, work ethic, and professionalism. They arrived at 7:30 each morning and left at 5:00. This was a 3600 sq ft driveway that was completed in less than a week. The color of the brick and a herringbone pattern recommended by the staff are a perfect compliment to our home. We could not be happier with the finished project.

We used Stonecore previously in 2018 for our backyard hardscape and were very pleased. We highly recommend Stonecore to anyone looking to improve their home's outside esthetic. K.P. and J. Blue

I had a great experience working with Katie on our family's fire pit project. From the very beginning, everything was super clear and easy to understand, no pressure, no confusion, just honest guidance and communication. Katie took the time to walk us through all of our options and made sure we felt confident in every decision.

The team was incredibly helpful and professional throughout. The final result turned out beautifully, and the quality of the work really shows. It was clear everyone took pride in what they were doing.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I'm looking forward to working with them on our next outdoor project!

Stonecore is an awesome place for all your home renovation needs! Jason and Katie were both super helpful regarding our new pergola, both are very knowledgeable and gave my husband and I great guidance through this project! I cannot recommend Stonecore enough!

My wife and I were absolutely delighted by their innovative outdoor concepts, which seamlessly transformed our backyard into an oasis. Additionally, Turk’s customer service was outstanding, making the entire experience a pleasure.

I found myself looking for answers at Stonecore after another contractor botched our backyard remodel leaving us with an unusable summer kitchen and a space that was not functional. Sez helped us completely redesign the space and select better quality materials for a cohesive look. From the beginning, the communication between Sez and us was 5 star! He handled the entire project, worked with other contractors to ensure the timing of installation was seamless and easy. His workers kept the area clean and tidy every day and never left trash or debris on the job site. The timelines Sez provided weekly for what work was going on was right on point and kept the project moving along. We will definitely be using Stonecore for all future hardscape projects! Thank you Sez and the entire Stonecore team for giving us the backyard entertainment space of our dreams!

Literally perfect !! Me and my partner recently toured the showroom with Katie, and she was SO helpful. Genuinely very kind and attentive throughout the entire experience. I never felt rushed and she was so honest! Everyone was very knowledgeable and showed plenty of options for our projects. I couldn’t recommend Stonecore more. If you want quality and efficiency, Stonecore is your answer!

Very pleased with Stonecore's professionalism, skill, reliability, and dedicated team effort in making our project a reality. Covering the entire facade of our house with stone is a rather ambitious project that required well honed skill and talent to cut and position the various sizes of stone. We have received many compliments on the finished product. Mike Ciccio oversaw the project from start to finish. Stonecore goes the extra mile to do the job right and fulfill the vision you have for your property.

Stonecore has been great. They did three jobs at our house, including installing a new travertine front patio & walkway, and tearing out our large circular concrete driveway and replacing it with beautiful pavers. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Dealing with Stonecore has been a treat. The work was scheduled and began in less than two weeks from when we first met with them. The job itself took five days, with the crew working 10 hour days. The craftsmanship is beautiful and the workers were very conscientious, cleaning every day and being sure to protect the property. For example, before installing the pavers along the edge that would cover the irrigation line, they asked that I turn on the sprinklers to ensure there was no damage. It turns out they broke an irrigation line and on the spot they repaired it (they had all the plumbing parts at the ready). We are thrilled with the final outcome and so appreciative of Sez’s responsiveness to our every need. Unlike a lot of other people who’ve worked on our house, Sez is a great communicator. Overall, the final results are stunning - the whole look of the property has been significantly enhanced and the process was so smooth
