Constraction reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Hidden gem restoration excels at painting and their communication skills are outstanding when conducting business. I will certainly give them another call and recommend their services anytime.

Had a great experience with hidden gem restoration from start to finish. Antonio is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. Highly recommend.

This company was a God-send! I can’t thank Antonio enough for coming in and repairing my subfloor (upstairs) which was sagging and dangerous to walk on. He was knowledgeable, direct and to the point with what caused the problem and how to fix it. Very, very professional - Major plus! He gave me recommendations to help me save money! I definitely recommend this company and will be calling for future projects real soon! Thank you again Antonio and Hidden Gem Restoration for a job well done!

Antonio is amazing! He took on my older home replacing my stair rail and some other projects. The builders did not secure my railing properly and this had been a problem for years. Not only did he fix my problem, he explain to me in detail what he was doing and how he would make it right. He is transparent and proficient! Not only was it fixed but the finished product was more than I could ask for! He is a blessing!
Thank you Antonio!

I had Fence Masters out to repair my aging fence. They gave me Antonio’s number to have the repaired fence painted. Antonio did an awesome job. The fence looks brand new. He painted my shed and greenhouse, the wood portion of my house, cleaned my gutters and pressure washed my driveway made of pavers. He did a great job on all of this. He then repaired the sheet rock and replaced baseboards where My shower leaked. It seems Antonio can do most anything. He is very dependable and responsible. 5 stars from me!

So grateful to Hidden Gem Restoration and Antonio. They did an amazing paint job on our church. The team was professional and went above and beyond in in delivering us a quality job. These guys took no shortcuts and cleaned up behind themselves everyday before leaving. Highly recommended

So our old front porch was a mess. Wood was rotted and after falling through we said it was time to get it replaced. A friend of the neighborhood referred me to hidden gem restoration. By the time I made it home Antonio and Mike had the old deck removed and the new one was put up. We gave the pressure treated wood time to dry out and had them come back and paint it white for us. I couldn’t be happier with the results of this. Big thanks Antonio to you and your company. We’ll be using you guys again in the future.

Their work is absolutely amazing!

5 stars. They did an amazing job, and we are so happy with how our driveway looks. We couldn't be happier.

I was behind them this morning when they stopped for some baby geese to cross the road. They have to be amazing guys to do that!!

Tony Price was great helping us fix a damaged pool deck he was fast fair priced and very professional when handling our client ... Thank You again for a fantastic job .... Warming Tree Service

Attempted to do business with this company, but was met with nothing but rude attitude, and it was clearly made a point by Mr. Price that it was a privilege to contract his company. I have never, ever, been treated so rudely by any company before, just for a simple over-the-phone scheduling call. I will be recommending to everyone to never use this company.

Tony at Ultimate Surfaces provided a quotation April 17th.
On June 20th I asked for confirmation that the job could be scheduled in July. I was told that was not possible. When I responded that IF they could not schedule the job after 3 months, I would have to cancel the order.
THE RESPONSE IS THAT I WAS DOING HIM A FAVOR.. If you need the job done , you should look elsewhere.

Absolutely one of the best and most dependable contractors on the First Coast. Tony was extremely accommodating. Art, who was the lead for th e team is an ARTist. Great work at affordable rates.

Tony delivered!!! Beautiful job. Did everything he said he would. His crew was courteous and professional. The job site and pool were clean when they finished. Really pleased with the workmanship!!!!

Tony and his crew did my sunroom flooring and a slab outside 3 months ago and did a fabulous job! I just had them do my driveway and couldn't be any happier! Mike, Walter and Phil did an outstanding job! They have given my front yard such a great curb appeal. They went way beyond my expectations!!! Very professional and accommodating! I highly recommend this company!

Tony Price and his crew were exceptional! We had our pool, pool deck and walkways redone. Tony did the pool deck and walkways. His company did an outstanding job. He does not do pools so we used a different company for the pool. This different company subs out the actual pool refinish to Temp Pools who made a mess and damaged a small area on the deck. The pool company said they put in a complaint ticket with Temp Pools but they couldn't promise us a date/time they would rectify the issue. My husband called Tony, who came out to look at it. He told us that he would send his guys to take care of it. He kept his word. He repaired the damage, did another top coat over the entire area and made it look brand new. He did all this at NO CHARGE and he didn't have to. He is a business man that stands behind his company. We highly recommend him and his company.

Tony and his entire crew were nothing short of fantastic! They were kind, respectful, always came on time and just were very hard workers. Tony himself is a kind, honest and caring man who was present and very involved in what was going on during the project. Prices were very, very fair. We looked at a lot of companies to do this job and he was by far the most knowledgeable, kind and professional. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Tony and his crew were great! Started when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Quality of work was outstanding. Tony and his crew also were very kind and their clean up after the job was spot on. I highly recommend if your in need of a face lift for your pool deck.

My pool is over 40 years old and the kool deck and patio had many cracks and settling problems. Tony and his men did a fantastic job and we are absolutely so pleased with how they made it look like a brand new deck. I would highly recommend them for any resurfacing issues you may need.

I am not easily impressed but the resurfacing they did around my pool and lanai made our home look new. Other contractors said I would need to completely replace the cracking concrete. Their system not only hides the cracks completely but provides an easy fix if one comes back in the future. Tony and his crew are very professional to deal with and I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them for any concrete refinishing.
