Constraction reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Fence Pro is an excellent company to do business with. Irwin is Honest and professional. Every single person we encountered from office staff to the installers were friendly and professional. This is the second job I've had fence pro do for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Great Job Fence Pro! Thanks Again!

Great experience from start to finish! Damen called before estimate appointment and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about installing our new fence. The installation was very professional and our fence looks amazing. Thank you to Damen, Irwin, Joann and installers. We are very happy with our fence!

I couldn’t be happier with the service and product I received from FencePro Jax! Damen was incredibly helpful, and friendly from start to finish. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure all my needs were met. Truly a pleasure to deal with!
The installation team was exceptional. JT and Ridge arrived on time, worked quickly and with great precision. They took the time to ensure every detail was perfect, from alignment to finishing touches. Their workmanship clearly showed. Not only were they efficient, but they were also very respectful of my property, leaving everything clean once the job was done. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality installation. My 25ft custom-built rolling gate looks fantastic, rolls so smoothly and feels built to last.
On top of all that, their pricing was more than fair, and I feel like I got excellent value for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend FencePro Jax to anyone in need of a fence – they exceeded all my expectations! It’s rare to see such dedication, and I can’t recommend them enough.

I really enjoyed working with the team at Fence Pro. Joann was very responsive to getting us scheduled for a quote and Damen was able to work us in quickly. Our new front gate works great and is more sturdy than the one we had. Happy to work with them if we ever have other fence needs.

Fence Pro and Irwin are our go to Fencing company. They have done a wood fence with gates for us, a metal fence along our water line with locking mechanism, and have serviced our power gate and have kept it in great condition. Very happy with all of the work. They are superior because of guys like Irwin who put customer service and satisfaction at the top of their priority lists. Quick to respond and quick to come out and give an estimate or resolve any issues we may be having with our fences or gate. We recommend them to all of our friends and family!

The FencePro team did a great job on rebuilding and installing our fence. Quality construction, good price value, outstanding customer service... They are a team of true professionals. I would highly recommend them for your next fence project..

I had my gate installed 2 years ago which they did a fantastic job at! Now a few years later I needed help programming a new code and Damen was super fast to respond and help get me a member of his team out as soon as he could. Damen has excellent communication and I really appreciated the follow through and reaching out promptly if there was changes to the plan.
Noah came out today to help program that code and was just an all around fantastic guy. Super kind, patient, knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process and didn’t hesitate to reach out if I needed help. He felt like a family member not a stranger. I highly recommend this company for all your fencing needs. I surely will always use them!

I'm updating my review from a few months ago because these guys WOW'ed me again.

Needed some fence repair on my wooden fence and Damon, Irwin and Joann came through again. Great work, quick and great communication. Everything you can ask for in someone you hire to do a job for you.

If anyone I know needs fence or gate work/repair, only one name in my phone to send them. FencePro Jax.

Original review: These guys were great. Much better to work with than the company who installed our gate. Give them a call, they will outline what you need and give you a fair price.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Irwin, Joann, and the entire Fencepro team. After the wood panels were installed on one side of our property, I realized that the panels obstructed the view of the lake and didn't look quite right. I gave Irwin a call and he completely understood my concerns and proactively recommended using transition panels (as pictured). They did this quickly and at no additional charge. We've got our view back and a fenced-in backyard that our dogs can now enjoy. Thanks, Fencepro!

As a repeat customer of Fencepro I was extremely pleased with the customer service, price, and excellent quality construction that the team and my contractor Reginald provided.

Start to finish they were great. Came out when promised, gave me a quote on the spot. Irwin knows what he is doing unlike other companies I called. Fence is high quality they finished when they said they would. Joanne in the office was great got back to me right away with questions I had and explained the warranty to me. I would highly recommend them. Glad I spent the few hundred extra bucks and went with a solid company. Thanks to the fencepro crew who did all the worked you guys did a great job

Wow is all I can say. Amazing work and friendly all the way around. Robert is a star with fence Pro!!!! Thank you all for a smooth experience.

12/15/2025- after meeting on site with Irwin Silverman, who had sst the meeting via Joann Sikverman, in response to my email to the FencePro website that provided a description of our desired automatic gate need installation with associated fencing improvements, soon thereafter Ireceived a formal, itemized quote via email attachment from Ms. Silverman, asking for 50% of the quoted cost to undertake this work in order to lock in a start date, the remainder to be paid to FencePro unon completion of the aforesaid work.
12/18/2025-After trading several emails with the Silvermans since 12/15/2025, Irwin and his team commenced work on the project just after 8:00 AM, worked diligently throughout the morning and afternoon having their lunch break "on the fly" while continuing work
Our new automatic solar operated entry/exit gate into and out of our property was a bit fussy at first, but Irwin and his helpers never gave up finally solving the issue, so that the gate worked Perfectly before sundown that very day!
I highly recommend anyone with gate fencing or associated needs to contact FencePro ..... I am most impressed by the company's swift replies, outstanding work ethic, and our professionally installed project...
If you want swift top notch service at a fair price, this is the place to go

Fencepro was recommended to me by a friend of 18 years who used Irwin Silverman’s business for his fencing needs. From the moment of meeting for the estimate through the project’s end, we were thoroughly satisfied with the honesty, commitment and follow-through even after the sale. The pricing was never an issue, the quality was. I recommend Fencepro as we are thoroughly happy with our vinyl privacy fence and Irwin’s trained work staff and the wonderful office staff as well. Please use them!!!

Respectfully, Mr. Dame, Mr. Justin, and Mr. Tay helped make these goals for 2024 with building the fence for the house. The guys each day put in massive effort and very welcoming staff. Any issues that arose they responded in an effective manner timing wise. Dame runs a solid team and the team is efficient in their craft. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get top quality fencing here in the Jacksonville area.

Azariah did a great job. From the time I got the estimate to when the job was completed was less than a week. Quality work at a fair price. I will definitely use FencePro again.

Competitive pricing. Great customer service. Replied in a professional and speedy manner. Installation team, Legend and his co worker went beyond expectations.Swiftly solved an issue with existing fencing in a skillful manner. End result was better than we had expected. Highly recommend for your fencing solutions!

We are homeowners with 1/2 acre that requires wood privacy fencing nearly all around. From Jessica in the office, Azariah in the field, and owner Damen - all provide superior personal service to their quality product. We readily recommend Fence Pro to anyone looking for the best in the business!

Thank you, Fence Pro, for transforming our backyard after our fence fell over in the recent winter storm. And we love the new transition panels for our soon-to-be butterfly garden. Reginald and his team are so considerate and attentive to customer questions and requests. Through their commitment to perfection and customer satisfaction in all aspects of their work, they are outstanding, the best! And many thanks to Irwin and Jessica for guiding us along the way from contract to completed project.

Even though we ended up choosing a different contractor for our project, I wanted to leave a 5-star review for the team at Vigilante Family Roofing. Their communication was top-notch, and the level of detail and flexibility in their estimate was impressive. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in being a family-run business. There's also something to be said about an owner that has 40 years of roofing experience and will physically be on your roof from day 1. If you're looking for a professional and transparent roofing company, they are definitely worth a call!"

Great work and clean up would recommend.
