We just completed two jobs with Titan Contracting in Jacksonville FL. Paul Belland coordinated an amazing metal roof job for us. He and his entire outfit did an incredible job in every respect...timely with materials, work and inspections. The job site was kept neat and cleaned and Paul's oversight made everything run very smoothly! Highly recommend! They also installed a large sliding glass door and some closet sliders - again...an excellent job!!! Thankful we found them and will be using them again for future projects!

You ever work with a group of people and enjoy their company and service so much that you wish you had more problems with your house so you can work with them again? That’s my experience with Titan. These folks are genuinely fantastic people with a heart for not only professional service, but giving back to their community, as well. They were honest about pricing, upfront about the timing for materials to arrive, and prompt with repairs to my home. They’ll be on my speed dial for any (fingers crossed minor) repairs to my roof in the future. Heck. From the windows to the walls, I’d reach out to their team first.

We had a late night emergency with our garbage disposal leaking everywhere. We called titan and they answered immediately. The best day Zach and Asher came out to install our new disposal. They came to the door, shook our hands, put booties on their shoes and went to work. They installed it within 25 minutes and proceeded to give us great problem shooting points. They both talked so highly of who they work for. They were so professional and just down to earth young men. We so highly recommend them to whoever has any plumbing issues. They will be our go to guys in the future. Can’t speak highly enough working with Titan Contracting.

Titan Contracting Jacksonville is my go-to for any home improvement work I need done. Zach and Asher installed a new water softener system for me this morning and did an amazing job. Quick, clean and efficient, they walked me through what I need to do to keep up the new system and double checked all their work. These guys are awesome.

Titan Contracting is AMAZING! We did an external refresh on our house including paint and roof and they knocked it out of the park. The professionals at Titan were punctual, committed, and thorough. Communicating about home projects can sometimes be frustrating, but our experience was flawless! We adore the final result. Thank you, Titan Contracting for a job well done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and we will use them again in the future.

Really pleased with the work carried out by Titan Contracting. Chase and Sean did an excellent job with all the electrical projects we had. Jason was an excellent contact and very communicative. We will definitely be using them again.

Too crowded with stuff on the floor.

I've asked for help with a counter top and the person wasted about an hour of my time before they decided they couldn't help me.

UPDATE: They came back after a week and corrected the work. My microwave and stove are working properly. Was about a 10 minute fix. I wish they could have done it right the first time but, I have added 2 stars for making it right.

Check my other reviews. I am not a fan of giving bad reviews but, I sadly must for the installation of a Microwave that I had completed by the Home Depot. I wish I had known to check that the Microwave was installed properly physically and not just operable. You sort of don't expect to have to check the work of professionals.

I had Home Depot install a Microwave and and Oven for me (The oven is great though!). As you can see in the image provided, it is not connected to the back wall. It is being held up by my cabinets above. When you pull the microwave door, the microwave comes with you.

I called Home Depot and Home Appliance Delivery to get this fixed. 7 transfers later, I have an appointment. Calling to get someone to come fix this issue took longer than the installation itself.

Cleaning up after the job was fun too! After installing the microwave, they left wood bits everywhere. They went to install the stove on top of the mess! I had to get them to stop so that I could vacuum up the mess!

After waiting almost one month (purchased 7/6/2020, received today), I have to wait until Friday for them to come fix this. I just have to hope and pray that it does not damage the cabinets or fall on the new oven.

It is my hope to update this review later stating that they came out and fixed it. Sadly, after waiting almost a month, and them installing it incorrectly, the best they can do is get it resolved on Friday.

TLDR: Microwave installed incorrectly. Have to wait almost a week after already waiting a month for it to be done correctly.

Would never use this company again! My rollers on my custom vinyl siding glass door went out after 8 years. Ok, lifetime warranty they sold me on. Couldn’t get anyone to answer me back, let alone trying to reach the warranty dept. I had a real door guy come by for another door and asked who installed that! I said Home Depot. He said they left the packing strip of metal at the top and your door is bowed in the center. After looking, we discovered the dry rotten wood strip they never replaced under the door. Buyers be aware. Home Depot must hire sub par contractors and probably pay them really low install cost, so if they can get away with it, they will! To top it off, the installers stripped the tapcons so the door guy couldn’t even repair the door. This was a $2,300 custom slider at the time.

Nice people and decent prices and cleanliness. Try not to go on the weekend since it gets incredibly busy and they let people in the store try to hock their services (water softener, etc.).

Its hard to navigate, no service, no advice. takes forever to get anything done.

I just purchased a new vacuum hose. It wasn't new. It was very used. The box had leaves, rat or bird hair, drywall material, etc. The hose itself also had stuff in it, and was clogged. I'm not happy at all after shopping here for 40 years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars!!!
