On Sunday April 09, 2023 @ 2:35 pm. Our Air Conditioner went out. We called our Emergency Maintenance staff hotline @ Broad Avenue Townhomes and left a message. But no one replied to our emegency maintenance request. So we went without Air throughout the night. The next morning ( April 10, 2023 ) My husband went to our Leasing Office and spoke with someone and told them that our Air Conditioner stopped working and no one came to address our problem. So after they were Informed they had 4 different people with 4 different titles to come and fix the Air Conditioner problem. The Electrician was the 3rd person to come out and he fixed the wiring in the wall unit Upstairs that was burned up. But it didn't fixes the Air Conditioner. But the others that came out didn't do much of anything. And the guy that came before the young man Roberto, from Floridian Heating And Air. Came and he looked at a few things Upstairs and and downstairs before telling us that there wasn't anything else he could do. But he would be back tomorrow morning with someone else and they would try to fix it and get it running. Well we thought that was it for today. But about 20 minutes later there was a knock at the door. And they was a young man name Roberto, from Floridian Heating And Air to look at our Air Conditioner System. Roberto, worked very diligently and thorough on our Air Conditioner System. And he also was very friendly and he wanted to make sure that the problems we were having with our Air Conditioner would be resolve. He found the problem in no time and fixed it. But before he left he ran test after test to make sure that we wouldn't have any problems with our heating and cooling system. And he made sure that everything was running properly. So we would like to thank Floridian Heating And Air for a Job well done. And for an awesome Service Technician in (Roberto). Thanks From The Roberts Family

We just moved into Lost Lake Resort Apartments, and upon first the first day of moving in, our AC stopped working. We of course notified management, and had a couple of techs come out who couldn't fix the problem due to contract warranties. We have gone a week without the AC working, very unpleasant experience in Florida. However, maintenance set up a window unit to make it bearable until the AC contractor with Becovic returned to Florida to fix it. On Thursday 3/30/23 Roberto GJoka arrived with our leasing consultant and figured out the problem. He worked around the issue to make my AC work. The unit is extremely old, and in my opinion needs to be replaced by management. The temp was 77* when Roberto arrived and by the time he left it was blowing cool, and the temp came down to 75*. He is my hero, as we've had a couple other techs come out who were unable to fix the problem. Roberto was the 3rd tech, and he was the guy who figured it out. Kudo's to this young man! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed until we saw the temperature drop. I would highly recommend this AC technician and Floridian Heating & Air. Thank you so much, job well done Roberto!

Cleaned vents, removed old heating and air insulation and installed new insulation. Let me start by saying that my apartment management at Park Avenue paid for this company to come out for this particular job, and I’m glad they did. The technicians Roberto, and Raphael were amazing, these guys were respectful, friendly, and courteous. They worked very hard, fast and efficient to complete the job, once the job was complete they took time to clean any mess that was made, and I could immediately tell the difference in freshness, and air quality. I attached before, and after photos to show the difference, and the quality of their work. I would 100% recommend them for any future jobs for whatever service you need. @Floridian heating, and air, if all of your technicians are like these guys your company will be around for a long time. I don’t usually give reviews but I had to just take a moment to say that I am very impressed with the quality of service I received from Floridian Heating & Air, Inc. After getting a song and a dance from three other companies, Roberto Gjoka fixed my AC unit with ease! He knew exactly what was wrong and everything was fixed within 30 minutes. His knowledge and his overall performance gets 5 stars from me! And his attitude was great! Polite and smart!! Thank you Roberto for a job well done. I will definitely recommend you and your company highly!

Not a customer but they sure as hell hire any drivers. One of their drivers almost crashed into me, just to cut me off bc he missed his turn. Could've ended very badly. Thought id never see them again but as they're in luck they ended up at my same complex. Hire better drivers! A vehicle of that size and shape tips over easily.

They should train their drivers better, van number 47 drove on the i10 and took the Roosevelt exit at high speed, it made dangerous lane changes and almost crashed two cars with the way it drove, it seemed like a crazy person behind the wheel

Obviously these guys couldn't care less about safety. Some dude driving the work truck was inches from rear ending me at least 3 times. His tag started with 645... Sure hope their service is better than the worker's personalities and driving.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The building where I live uses this company for air conditioning. Unfortunately, we have been without it for four days (going on five). Every email update we get says this company will be able to fix the issue the following day. I just received the third "bad news" update today (like the rest, it says "repair will not be complete until tomorrow") . It is completely unprofessional that these emails are sent at the end of their business day. I have an out of town guests and this is totally embarrassing. I could have gotten a fan on day one if I knew it would have taken this long. I have two small dogs that may be prone to overheating, and unscreened windows that are sealed. The ones that aren't sealed are hard to lift and will not stay up on their own. This is not good. Just estimate your timing better. If you service large buildings regularly, it shouldn't take five days to repair the air. If you don't like the review, blame the heat.

This company is definitely well ran. The knowledge skills and integrity of their sales and service team is impeccable. I trust this company to handle large scale projects dealing with any part of my facilities HVAC system.

Brooks building solutions has been outstanding on our projects. To date we have had 3 major projects completed by Brooks and we couldn't have asked for a better contractor. The staff and technicians are very knowledgable and they have a culture at Brooks that is conducive to a positive customer experience. They are definitely #1 in my book.

I have used BBS for multiple projects on our facility. The experience has been 5 star in sales, service and service after the sale. This organization operates with a high level of integrity and dependability. I can in good conscience recommend BBS for all mechanical and control related issues pertaining to facilities. My points of contact have been Stewart G., Tom M. and Roy. They will either answer on the second ring or call you right back. They ask great questions prior to your service call to insure they send out the right person and get right to a solution. When I have issues with my HVAC or Controls, this is my first call.
