Very happy with shingle re-roof and gutters all in one! Best price in Jax! Communication is very important to me and Mesic kept me informed of everything and knows patience and follow up with customers. Quick response time! Roof took 2 days and foreman stays on site with workers. Other roofers said I had to do a rolled roof but Mesic made it happen. The inspector was impressed with the quality of roof, gutters and plans to call about getting his own gutters done. VERY nice people!

Having hired Mesic Construction on different occasions to do our roof and remodel our bathrooms and utility room, Mesic is the only company in town we'd trust for future projects. I was pleased to see someone actually manning the counter in the kitchen section. She seemed pretty helpful as we got started with a new countertop order. The truth came out though when she answered a personal phone call as I sat and waited for her to take payment and info. I'll take my money to someone who wants it. I recommend everyone else does the same.

If you are in search of a new appliance, Ron Rountree is your guy. From the moment my wife and I needed assistance Ron was there for us. At no point during our interaction did we feel any pressure. We bought a Samsung Refrigerator and Microwave, though the entire process he was very understanding of our specific needs and timeline.

If you want real customer service from a local expert, then Ron is who you should be searching for.

We had an excellent recent experience dealing with the Southside Blvd. Home Depot Location. Previously we had went through one of their competitors on Phillips Highway for their door installation services and received sub-par customer service in terms of both the stores and their installers response time. We decided to give another commercial outlet, such as Home Depot a try. The service person Erv within the Mill-working and door installation services department went above and beyond to assist us. Good old fashion excellent customer service is what he delivered as well as the customer service front store section who finalized our check-out of our special ordered interior door.

The cheapest place where you can get house needs and a lot of many different products, I bought a grass carpet from there which looks really good , staff were super friendly.
I like to shop from there and I would probably come back again if I need something.

The better homedepot if you get a refund on your debit you will have it within a matter of dollars instead of the other home because it'll take him a couple days to put it back on your debit card

WARNING when ordering for cabinets or counter top. This store does not have "kitchen designers." If you go into the store, make sure you sit down and explain to what you are looking for. Ask for sample sizes and confirm color. 99.9% of kitchen counter tops that you see in people's home are 3 cm wide, NOT 2 cm wide. You can generally find 2 cm wide tops in a bathroom. I was never given an option. I initially had an appointment scheduled with an actual "kitchen designer," at their Lane Ave. location but happened to find a break and was in the Oakleaf area and decided to run in and get my order started. My order took less than 10 minutes while I stood at a counter like I was in the fast lane at a grocery store. I had just bought my first home and living without a kitchen b/c I had begun renovations. When the tops came, I had questioned the contractor why they were so thin and he said that it was on the on order. Me - desperate to get the kitchen complete thought that maybe that's what the "sale" item was the day I went in. Come to find out, coming from other home designers and the Home Service Specialist in ATL, kitchen counter tops are automatically ordered in 3cm. However, I ended up with 2cm. The response I got from the Oakleaf store was that, they will compare the order that my friend (who referred me to Home Depot) received and mine to see where the difference is or from the store manager trying to justify that it's ok to have a thinner kitchen counter top. Their reaction were excuses to save their behinds than to investigate and perhaps pull the video up to see how quickly my order was made and perhaps there was an operator error and work something out with me. I am not asking for anything for free, I would be happy to work out a credit or pay the difference for what I had anticipated. But I am treated like I'm asking them for a freebee. According to the home service specialist, my misfortune will be used as a lesson for them to use for better training and quality service and I get stuck with bathroom counter tops in my kitchen. Yes, I signed a contract at the store but signed one thinking that I was going to get the size of countertop that you see on display in the stores. There's so much more this story but it won't matter, they're all about numbers than to the quality of service and resolving any issues. I would rename my 1 star as "Regretted it," not "Hated it." I regret not waiting for the kitchen designer that my friends had referred me to.
