They responded very quickly and with a quick chat were hired! Price was very reasonable and the outcome was on point! I will be hiring them again to fix the mess that 2 others left me with. Highly recommended, especially if you're in historic Riverside, Murray Hill or San Marco area and love the beautiful old homes of these areas and wish to preserve their character! paid for water faucet to be installed, Dave tapped into a drain line, which provided no water at all. all texts and calls asking for him to return and install correctly were ignored. I PAID HIM FOR A WATER FAUCTE AND GOT NOTHING--RIP OFF!! BEWARE!

Extrodinary professionalism. A storm ripped our screen door off on our home in Arlington area of Jacksonville, destroying the hinges. Dave replaced a it for me in just a few minutes. Opens and closes perfectly now. He cleaned everything up and even took the trash with him. Outstanding!! Cant wait for his next job for us building a wheelchair ramp. Fair pricing, no games or gimmicks. So hard to find honest folks these days. If that's what you are looking for dave is your man.

Dave, the handyman who assisted me, was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and courteous throughout the entire process. He demonstrated a high level of expertise when it came to repairing my mailbox and ensuring that the 20-year-old jasmine vines surrounding it were saved in the process. Very professional and punctual. Installed a Final screen door on our aluminum framed lanai, Not the easiest task, but they got it done!

Will definitely use again and recommend.

I paid David to install a set of attic stairs and a ceiling storage rack. The rack collapsed onto my garage door and David has been unresponsive. I found that some of the bolts were not secured properly into the studs and he didn't install all of the hardware provided with the kit or tighten some of the key bolts that are used to support the bulk of the weight load. Very poor job to say the least and very dangerous having a 4x8 foot rack metal not properly secured suspended from the ceiling. Pictures provided.
