You have an employee who came on to OUR property and was using equipment without our permission to trim around poles and who removed our survey stakes! When confronted, he and my husband exchanged unpleasantries but this guy should NOT have been working on our land! Plus he scalped our lawn where he did this!

United did electric work for my house as it was a model home in my community + pavers. Very professional and detailed, service was great, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!!

An absolutely awful company. I can’t even begin to tell you how bad they are, and to make it worse they really don’t even care. They not only do terrible work and plant trees, that die, plants that should be in shade and straight sunlight, and do terrible work, but they don’t even stand behind their work. They are not nice and don’t care if you are satisfied or not. I would never recommend them.

It's really unsafe and rude to park your vehicles and trailers in intersections at stop signs.
-
My yard has never looked better. They have a great team of professionals. They were able to fix my broken irrigation, install a new landscape package, as well as their monthly maintenance team is great.
-
employee hit me with a company vehicle and both he and his supervisor wanted to work things out without going through insurance. they both strung me along for a month and half before they ghosted me and I went through my own insurance despite they backing into my parked car.
Disappointing that both employee and his supervisor acted this way, and represented their company lacking integrity, both personal and professional. -
United Land Service took over the maintenance for our neighborhood community (Silver Creek) a few months back. The turn around from what it was has been night and day. They are professional and have given the neighborhood a new face lift. They have been very proactive in all areas of maintenance and have been very prompt in their communication.

Tried to call and ask a simple question the receptionist said I could email someone. All I needed to know was what size pvc the company uses on installs for irrigation systems. She said she has no phone numbers of anyone one who worked for the company. I was at Home Depot and just needed a simple question answered to but some parts. Horrible customer service.

We had several different crews come to our house during the remodel and they were professional and kind. They cleaned up at the end of each day, they made sure to park their trucks so we were not blocked in or out, and the work was AMAZING. I'll have they do work for us again in the future without hesitation!

I want to commend the sprinkler division of United Land Services
for their prompt and professional response in resolving a sprinkler issue at our new home in Stonecrest. The technician Benji, skillfully repaired a complicated sprinkler leak in my landscaping and adjusted the sprinkler heads accordingly. For these reasons both the technician and company merit an exemplary rating. -
These people are horrible, they have chopped the grass off to the dirt, chopped my pompas grass off to the dirt that I had planted to stop the erosion on my berm. Horrible, I guess my HOA is saving money. They took up all the mulch and just left it barren. Rediculous.

We bought a new home and United did the landscape. ,(Dream Finders Homes)2 weeks after moving in some plants started dieing. We contacted the warranty manager, he send them out and they basically said it was our fault. That we over water, Sprinkler system was off because of so much rain lately, but out of 5 different types of plants only one type was effected. So much for customer satisfaction and service.
So Not wanting dead plants in the front yard, we went out today a spent $138.00 to replace the plants. Beware of this company. -
Horrendous. Would never recommend this company. They are responsible for our lawn care in my neighborhood and they recently “tested” homeowner’s sprinkler system without informing any of the homeowners, they messed up everyone’s sprinkler schedules, homeowners had no idea (including me) that their sprinklers were set to run for HOURS at a time, and wound up with water bills that were almost QUADRUPLE what they normally are (despite us catching it fairly quickly thanks to me working from home and noticing them running non stop). United offered no remedy for the financial burden they caused for the many homeowners.
Additionally, their employees are incredibly careless and leave styrofoam cups & trash littering the neighborhood. Save yourself the headache and give your business to another company that’s more deserving. -
They destroyed the natural drainage of my property when they installed flexible pipe on my property alleged to 'improve' drainage. My foot drops six inches into standing water in the multiple holes they created. I pointed out the problems to their representative who was onsite yesterday and he said they are not going to fix this. Update March 23, 2023. They were a no-show for a scheduled day to repair the damage. They have been on my block twice since. While working next door they took their full wheelbarrow loads of rock over my yard and broke my sprinklers. I am retired on a fixed income and am forced to do the heavy labor moving dirt and sod to repair the damage on my own.
UPDATE 4-25-2025: Per the company owner responding TWO YEARS AFTER THEY CREATED THE PROBLEM and now they blame the builder for the problem created by United Land. They refuse to take ownership for their work and the damage done. -
United Land Services is an incredible company to work with. From start to finish, their attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines is second to none. The team is professional, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. If you're looking for quality landscaping services, look no further!

edit: 5/19/2025 lol bob copying and pasting the same crap to every review, "its the builders fault!"
edit number 2: Well since you took the time to update your response I'll give you something more.. You need to get your shop under control in the green cove location bob. It's absurd what's going on out there. I was even threatened over the phone by one your account managers out there. A tree was fallen in the back of a property during the last hurricane. Your safety manager at the gate asked me if everything was looking fine and I told him about it. Your account manager then called me and told me "there's gonna be some problems if you do that again." Yeah okay buddy, scary scary person I guess he thinks he is. I didn't know answering a simple question was grounds for a fight at your business.
Nevermind the fact you got the teams out there with just 2 weed eaters on a truck knowing you have to do like 8 massive ponds. Since you got those stupid rubber wheels we can't get low enough to the pond without sliding in. That doubles the weed eating and the rest of the job is usually finished around 2 and you now got 5 guys on a truck following the only 2 guys with weed eaters around for the rest of the day while that same dumb manager is wondering why the job is taking so long.
I could go on forever with stories, this is just the tip of the iceberg and I'm glad to be done with that place -
United was used for our new build and has been awful throughout the neighborhood but this is a great example of how they use shortcuts like blowing clippings into a storm drain.

We a very upsetting and completely unacceptable incident involving this company while they were working inside our residential community.
We were walking our tiny 9lbs Morkie on a leash along the sidewalk. She began barking because of the loud noise from the weed trimmer. The worker operating the trimmer “got scared of her” and struck her so badly with it! It all happened so fast. I confronted him, and he began yelling insults at me, claiming my dog had bitten him.
We took her to the vet and this is the diagnostics: Severe hematoma and pronounced swelling, and ocular trauma: a subconjunctival hemorrhage.
We called the police. The man involved fled the scene, and we later learned from the responding officer that he had a criminal record and prior issues.
Since he knows where we live, we now feel unsafe in our own home.
Instead of taking responsibility, the manager, Jeff, defended the worker. Their response showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic empathy.
We are extremely disappointed and disturbed by how this was handled. We are traumatized, and our dog is not doing well. No resident should feel unsafe or unprotected in their own community - especially when their pet is harmed by someone hired by a company that refuses to take responsibility. -
Rico came to our house and fixed an irrigation leak from our backflow valve. He was super friendly and went as far as explaining our houses water system and its functionality. Went above and beyond by replacing a few of our sprinkler heads to increase coverage in our yard and even re-set the timer for me. Super pleased with Rico and the assistance he provided!!

This is a very irresponsible contractor that also denys their fault!
I am the homeowner of a property at Daveport, FL. United Land Services, provided the lanscaping/lawn mowing service on my property at the time of this dispute happened.
On Sep 12th 2022, we found that the water was pouring out from the damaged irrigation head (the ones shown in the pictures) non-stop. Therefore, we notified our HOA to contact the lawn company, United Land Services to fix the sprinkler head.
It is very clear as show from the pictures taken at the time we observed water pouring out, that the sprinkler head was meachanically broken, in this case, by the lawnmower blade, when they worked carelessly. Therefore, United Land Services acknowledged the damage by sending their crew to repair the irrigation head, which they did, But this broken sprinkler with pouring water has caused 4 times higher water bill ($800) on month of Sep than our regular bill
($150 to $200).
I reached out to the United Land Services, and ask them for compensation of the high water bill. However, they suddently started to deny they broked the sprinkler head even with all pics and they actually fixed it the first place, and I quote from their manager Stephen: "if you can send me a video that recording we are breaking the sprinkler head, that proves we broke it". This is very ridiculous! No one can video recording a contractor doing their work and just in case if they break anything, the homeowners can prove who did it. I am asking United Land Services to compensate the difference between this high water bill and regular bill of $600. -
-1 Star -- United Land Services: Where Lawns Go to Die
If you're looking for a company that will promptly ignore your service requests, lose your records, deny what they promised (even when caught on camera), and leave your property looking like an abandoned lot -- congratulations, you've found them.
Our nightmare started in late 2022 when a mower from a previous vendor destroyed part of our lawn and sprinkler system. United Land Services took over in early 2023 and somehow managed to "miss" our home during their community-wide inspection. When I pointed out the damage, they basically shrugged.
Months later, they finally admitted the damage was real (imagine that!) and agreed to replace part of our lawn. The sod they installed came pre-loaded with weeds -- a nice bonus, I guess? From there, we submitted over 20 requests to get the weeds fixed. We were ignored, ghosted, and flat-out lied to.
At one point, their manager stood in our yard and promised -- on our security camera -- to replace the lawn. Later, he denied ever saying it. Most recently, they blamed their broken service portal for "losing" our requests. Of course, nothing's been done.
We now have:
50+ photos of their neglect.
Video proof of their promises.
Independent assessments from three other lawn care companies saying our lawn is beyond saving.
United Land Services excels in exactly two things: excuses and inaction. If you want a healthy lawn, do yourself (and your grass) a favor -- hire literally anyone else.
