We used ULS to landscape around our new pool enclosure. The project included rerouting irrigation, new palm trees, relocating shrubbery, river stone and edging. We are very happy with the outcome. The crew, which was lead by Steve and his leadman, Neil, was super conscientious and accommodating and we will definitely use them for future projects.

One of their drivers decided to cut me off to avoid waiting in a long turn lane by swerving in front of me with no turn signal and almost hitting the front of my car. Luckily I noticed because if I hadn’t slammed on my brakes it was easily an accident. Then he continued to tailgate an older woman so close if she braked he would’ve hit her! If you’re going to have company cars make sure the drivers can actually drive them!! Good to know what kind of people this company employs.

They did a terrible job laying the sod on our new construction home and are unwilling to fix it. There are spaces between sod that my entire foot fits in between the pieces and the sod is very uneven. There are many spots that are dead that they’re unwilling to replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Contractor came out to test sprinkler systems over off kernan. Despite us having work materials out and working on things turned on sprinklers flooding materials and work area. And when brought to his attention he said all he can say is sorry instead of turning back off the sprinkler systems and drove off. After saying he just runs them on he doesn't come down the street checking first. The drive off.

Their drivers have no regard for others safety truck number 1388 cut across two lanes of traffic as I was driving in my lane making me have to slam on my brakes absolutely no care for others on the road it’s ridiculous the mindset of “my vehicle is bigger they have to stop”

Well, I can tell by the post I’m not the only one that had problem with these idiot drivers at United landscaping. They obviously don’t know how to drive in the roundabout on Wickham. Almost got hit this afternoon by some idiot in the outside lane wanting to go all the way around. Next time I’m just gonna crash into you guys then you can explain to your boss and your insurance company while you drive like such jerks obviously from the reviews you can tell none of these guys know how to freaking drive. I wish I got a truck number or license plate number, but this isn’t the only time this has happened to me in that roundabout. This is the second time next time I will get a truck number.

This company bought Herbafex in PCB and who I worked to get hired at our condos in Santa Rosa Beach. As soon as they bought, the service went downhill. Weeds everywhere, shrubs not getting pruned, turf weeds are horrible. As a long time landscape manager and owner, I wanted to believe and support these guys. They almost convinced our BOD to spend $60k to remove ALL of our Indian Hawthorne shrubs which were 90% perfectly healthy with a few patches that were declining.

I had a warranty claim for a sprinkler head that was outside of my fence line. Rico came out and was very helpful and efficient. He walked me through all his work and gave some great advice. Highly recommend!

United land services is a terrible company I do not recommend anyone to use them I had terrible service out of the Raliegh NC location my team dealt with the branch manager Bradley shewmaker guess he spends more time with his feet kicked up in the office then he does checking on his employees or checking on his customers and forget getting in contact with him this guy is a total JOKE guess this company is out for failure with a manager like this. So if you are in the Raliegh area steer far away from them they might give you a good deal but the quality of work definitely reflects the price. Definitely recommend the higher ups to do some close watching on the manger no telling what shady stuff he does when no one is watching.

Was supposed to install French drain instead installed a idk what this company is pathetic! Cheap, improper work. Not to mention their employees had the audacity to step on my back patio and start touching and looking at my stuff on camera. Strongly advise not to hire or deal w period!

French drain to them is a gutter spout and exit is angled up at 90 degree angle. They specialize in incompetence

Great work, great communication. I have used these guys at my house and at my business and have been impressed each of the times I used them. When they remodeled my conference room at my business they were available at weird hours of the day that other companies were not willing to accommodate and cleaned up all of their debris before leaving. I would recommend these guys for any job large or small without batting an eye.

I’ve worked with several contractors as a customer and subcontractor and these guys are great. Easy to talk to and plan with. Jeff is extremely polite and responsive. Chase is obviously well liked and respected by his guys. 5 star experience!

This company was stellar to work with from start to finish. The owner Chase Mack was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the remodeling in and outs that I wanted to have done on my home. He even provided ideas that I had not thought of myself averting problems that I might have down the road. The communication throughout the job was fantastic. His workers were always on time and kept the house cleaned up after each days work. The were very professional. I highly recommend this company. In a world today when you don’t know who you can trust to follow through this company keeps their promises and makes a big remodel job a pleasant experience. We will definitely being doing more business with them down the road.
