They’ve come out to my house twice, once for an emergency. Showed up quickly, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very reasonably priced and I won’t ever call anyone else for electrical work.

Terrible communication. I took a day off from work and the company was a no show, without any communication. Reaching out to the home warranty company to have the work order reassigned.

John was very professional and attentive. He fixed everything and other things that will be a problem in the future. I would highly recommend this company for any of your electrical problems. He exchanged a circuit breaker, a outlet cover and 3 outlets.

I was assigned this electrician through my home warranty company (AHS). This electrician showed up and refused to complete any work due to rain. Understandable, but then he proceeded to incorrectly diagnose an issue with our non working outlet in a way such that it was not covered by our warranty when it clearly should have been covered due to improper original installation. The electrician self admittedly explained he was trying to get more money from the warranty company and this was the reason for his write up. Again, fine, not how I would conduct business as a professional but to each his own. However, he then refused to return any text messages or calls to actually come back and fix my non-working outlet (original problem). Clearly this electrician is running some sort of scam to take money from home warranty claims and use any excuse possible to not actually complete any work or fixes. Avoid at all costs. I will be reporting to the warranty company and suggesting that they find someone else to carry out their contract work. If something installed improperly, by all means go ahead and fix it. Do your job. At a minimum, you could have the courtesy to return calls and messages instead of taking the warranty call money and running. There was no secondary damage here.

Update: after being fed up with zero response, I went ahead and took matters into my own hands. Went to Home Depot and found the GFCI receptacle and new box for $30 total. After about 5 minutes of unscrewing 3 wires and replacing the receptacle, I am back up and running. I can’t believe that the electrician made this whole ordeal such a disaster and wasted so much of our time and ultimately not helping up resolve our problem. He tried to charge us an extra $130 on top of the $125 service call for “rewiring” due to the box being installed upside down. Two screws was all it took to fix this issue, and I went ahead and just got a new box for $9. I’m happy to pay for service, but this is one instance where I’m sorry I did. I’ve let the home warranty company know that they need to find a different electrician to work with as this one was difficult to work with and very dishonest. What a waste of my time, but hey at least I know how to replace a GFCI receptacle now so I consider it a win!

This electrician was referred from a Home Warranty Service. He arrived exactly during the time frame he estimated and gave me notification when he was on his way. The electrician did exactly what he was supposed to do. He replaced a worn-out bathroom exhaust fan motor and replaced a bad light switch. He did it in a timely manner--less than an hour for everything. He was very polite and friendly as well. Thank you John

My experience with John was excellent from start to finish. He immediately reached out to me via text after he was dispatched by my warranty company. He walked me through a few things to troubleshoot the issue, and gave me a lot of informative information. He scheduled the appointment for the next day. John showed up on time, was very friendly, attentive, and fixed the issue in a timely manner.

I used this company and John did a great job! I couldn’t have asked for better work and better cost for the job. Job well done!
