Anthony and TJ provided outstanding service today. They replaced an outdated breaker box, installed a couple of new outlets and fixed some light switches. They were also able to link in a mobile generator kit so we can keep the home powered during a crisis. I highly recommend these guys, and would not hesitate to have them return if I should need any additional work.

I work in the hvac industry and have worked with many electricians in my time. These guys communicate well, show up when they say they are going to and most importantly the do the job they were sent to do. Clean, neat jobs. Sally had me scheduled within a few hours and I got text messages from the automated system to confirm the visit and let me know when they were on the way. I asked to be notified if they could come earlier and as soon as they could accommodate that, I got a text.

People also don’t realize how valuable it is to have installers that are patient because manufacturers provide very sparse instructions. The reality is that fixtures require balance to work properly and the margin of error is very small. They get easily damaged in shipping to the home so it’s up to smart installers to figure out what the problem is.

That’s exactly what happened with me. The first crew put in the tough labor to crawl into the attic and get the housing mounted and set the new wiring. But then… the fan was super loud.

I spent the weekend overnight shipping replacement ones that we could hopefully harvest for parts since the manufacturer said they could replace in 4-6 WEEKS!!

But luckily for me, Josh came out and due to his extensive experience with seeing these complications, he knew what to check for and after a short period of time, the fan was no longer rattling and none of my extra fans were even needed!!

It’s so important to support good quality, local businesses. These guys will absolutely be on my Favorites list in my phone!

Inpower Electrical came out and worked with the plumbers to replace a water heater and breaker box on our Airbnb.
