Best electrician I’ve ever worked with - fair pricing, very professional, and do excellent work. They’ve done multiple Ethernet runs, a generator, and rewiring work on my home and it’s always consistent high quality work. Great group of guys and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Jax area.

I can not recommend Spectrum WireWorks more highly. I had a terrible experience with a previous company that I hired to do my rewire for my kitchen renovation. The team from SWW came in and corrected all of the unprofessional work from the previous company and even assisted me with closing the old permit with the city. They truly went above and beyond. The customer service is top notch from the admin team to their technicians. The work was professional, fast, clean, and reasonably priced. I will never use another company as long as I am in Jax. Thanks again guys you are the best.

They installed surge protectors for my solar inverter, exterior AC, and the breaker box. They also gave me recs for inexpensive outlet surge protectors for the irrigation system, garage door opener, and large appliances. All for ~$500 2 years ago.

They then recently installed a 50A circuit and a 240V outlet for my EV. The 50A circuit threw after they left while I was charging my EV and wouldn’t flip back on. They came back next day early and replaced it, tested it with my car charging, and all is now working fine. No extra charge. Installation was only $800 (plus 30% is tax credit eligible). Furthermore they fixed a faulty circuit to my microwave and relabeled my circuit box at no extra charge.

Eric their customer service rep is top notch. ON IT with response time and when he couldn’t give me full expert guidance on questions, found an electrician (Matt) within minutes who answered all of my questions immediately.

I found this company through a neighbor who told me they installed surge protection for him at no extra charge after some minor work when his home was built. The man is a retired engineer in his 80s. He let me take a pic of the sticker they placed on his breaker box.

I live in Yulee which is a 25 minute drive north from their location in Riverside. No extra charges or complaints about how far I am from this company. I have had numerous other companies from JAX in other industries charge for my limited distance away.

I am very grateful to have found Spectrum Wireworks and will use them for all electrical services as long as I live here. All three of the electricians and their apprentices have been excellent. I hope Eric gets a nice bonus this year from the owner. I also hope this company gets Best of JAX recognition for 2025.

Ever since I moved to Jacksonville 4 years ago, it’s been a real struggle to find an electric company that I was pleased with. I came across this company recommended a few times on Reddit and decided to pick them for the various things I needed done around my house. Not only did I think the price was reasonable, but the customer service was great also. Matt answered all my questions and explained everything that was going to be done throughly. It didn’t take very long to get on the schedule and I was happy with the guys who came out to do the job. I will definitely work with this company in the future.

We have used Spectrum twice and been pleased with their service and expertise both times. Our serviceman was Will who arrived on time, was very polite, explained what was wrong, and fixed it. We will continue to call Spectrum whenever we need electrical repairs.

I needed to have a 220V outlet run for my Sauna. Spectrum was professional, reasonable, and did an outstanding job. Everything from the quote to the little extras. I am very please with their work and workmanship and would recommend them to anyone.

If there was a sixth star to give Matt, Will, and the rest of the team from Spectrum Wireworks, I’d still be short a few stars. They are, hands down, the best crew I’ve ever worked with, and I spent a large part of my career in the construction industry.

They have done 100% of the work on our home in Murray Hill, and I’ve never hesitated when they sent me the invoice. Thanks to some rather creative electrical work performed by previous owners, they’ve done work on pretty much every piece of wire, most recently upgrading the entire electrical system in the front part of the house, after they came to fix a small issue and discovered a HUGE problem. We actually had to move out for a few days so they could perform their work safely, and we came back to a clean house, fully up to code, ahead of schedule.

They’re coming back later this summer to install Ethernet throughout our home to my future proofing specifications, and I was surprised the price they quoted me was about what it would cost to perform their work myself, AND they’ll get it done right the first go in half the time.

While they may not be the cheapest on the block, but I never worry that I’m going to have to call someone else out to fix a mistake, which saves my sanity and wallet in the long run. I’m so grateful they’ve been with us since Day 1 of this homeownership adventure.

I stumbled onto this small business after looking for electricians. Best choice ever! They came out and fixed a few faulty light switches, bathroom exhaust fan that stopped working, and refit my garage lights for LED bulbs instead of expensive fluorescent ones in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and I felt like I got more than my money's worth. These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and very personable. Great company!

Spectrum was the electrical subcontractor engaged when I had an addition put on my house in 2023. I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work and made note of one electrician in particular (Fred) who was very helpful when I had questions. Recently I contacted Spectrum for an estimate on a new project. Matt came to my home the next day and again provided helpful advice and information. It is so refreshing to find trustworthy service providers. I fully and enthusiastically recommend Spectrum.

I had half of my house with cloth wiring and they came out and replaced all of it. They even found more than was expected in the crawl space of the house. I suppose I’m not the first person to mention this, but these guys are terrible and aggressive drivers. I’ve seen them multiple times giving the bird, weaving through traffic, and flashing their headlights at vehicles in front of them just to speed up and save a few seconds. I haven’t had any work done by them, but it’s a terrible representation of professionalism and business. I hope they’re not this rude and negligent to their customers. However, I’ll definitely stay away from them, especially on the road. Safety first, everyone.
