We had a great experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. Judi was very informative and professional while also being friendly throughout the entire quote. She was very honest and straightforward and had plenty of pictures of jobs similar to ours to back up what she said. She explained very thoroughly what would need to be done to accomplish what we wanted our Grout to look like and told us we would have a quote emailed to us within 2-3 business days. When we called to schedule everything we spoke with Marty I believe and we had a couple follow up questions that he answered with no problems and got us scheduled as soon as they were available. The day of, the technician showed up (I can't remember his name, but he was very friendly and professional) perfectly on time and got right to work, he explained what he was doing as it was being done and made sure we looked it over for approval before he left! Easily the best experience I've had with anyone working on anything on my house here in jacksonville and we've had a lot of stuff done. I didn't take any of my own before and after pictures but the Grout looks fantastic!!

Spent a lot of money for our new bathroom and the contractor decided not to grout everything or seal it and it leaked through to the foundation flooring !
I called Sir Grout and Judi came and put our mind at ease saying the job can be salvaged. Marty and David showed up right on the scheduled time and FIXED our problem and today I finally got to use our new shower with no issues at all ! Job well done .

We contracted Sir Grout to get our old grout (kitchen and master bath) looking good again. We had the service done yesterday and we are very impressed. First, the price estimate they gave was a lot less than I feared it would be. That was a nice surprise. Our technician, Robert, was very professional, polite and efficient. It was obvious that he cared about our home and did a great job to make everything look great. He cleaned up everything when he was done and was just a pleasure to work with.

Monte from Sir Grout just left. In only two days he took out most of grout in shower and regrouted it. It now looks like a brand new shower! He also cleaned kitchen and both bathroom floors and color sealed the grout. They also look like new floors. He did a fantastic job and was a pleasant presence in our home. All our contact with the company has been great. The evaluation with Judi was through and enjoyable.

Bought a 12 yr old home and no matter how much I moped or scrubbed the grout in the entire house was very dingy. As a handy person I was weighing my options of ripping up and reapplying grout: this would have been such a pain of a project to do my self. Marty did a great job scheduling and keeping me up to date with the project time-line and keeping me informed if anything was going to change time/price wise. The crew: Joe/Joe/Josh were fantastic! They are all Veterans and really made me comfortable as they worked in my home
They did a great job protecting my property during the project, were a pleasure to work with, got along with my crazy dog, went above and beyond spotting things needing to be fixed that I didn't notice, and if I ever need any future repairs I hope they come again.

For the final end product: Wow! I've laid tile before and this floor looks brand new! Well worth the $ and 2 days it took to complete this project!

I had well water stains, fake grout, peeling and eroding sealant, and just a gross looking shower floor. They restored it and it looks like new again! And all at a great price! Sir Grout tech Tim came out today to clean and re-do our grout. Tim was very courteous, friendly and proffesional. He did a great job on the actual grout as well as cleaning up after he was finished. Left everything very neat and clean. The grout looks fantastic and we will have to let it dry and cure for a few days before first use to see how it goes! UPDATE We have now used the shower and the Siltanium seems to work very well and also even though you really do not see anything, it does make the bottom non slippery so no need for a rubber mat. We will use the suggested Sir Grout Natural Hard Surface cleaner and will squeegee regulary as well. Had some follow up work done and also got information on continued cleaning solutions safe to use and detailed instructions.

Judi (owner) came out for an estimate and was extremely helpful in building a plan to address our grout issues with our contractor who just installed a shower for us. She was really thorough with her review/photos (spotting areas we even missed) and gave great questions for us to take back to ensure the work was done properly. Judi spent about 20 mins with us walking us through everything and it helped significantly with the progress to get everything prepared. Ultimately, we didn't need to hire her for any work, and she was so generous in the time to she spend with us to make sure she gave us everything to get our job done right. Will definitely be hiring her in future for upcoming maintenance and cleaning. Thank you, Judi!

The two workers were so nice! On time, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards and the floors are beautiful! Very glad I chose to refresh the grout color-looks brand new!

We needed all three of our main bathrooms redone after the house settled (new build). The entire team did a great job with communication and explaining the process to us. They were very respectful of working in our home with young kids running around too. We’d recommend them to anyone and truly appreciate the work they did.
