This was the first time I've used Sir Grout, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. This type of process will be game-changer for the way I approach bathroom tile work in the rental properties handled by my property management company. The owner, Marty, was very professional and explained the process very clearly. Pricing was very competitive, and was definitely cheaper than what a typical corrective tiling job would cost. They were out today to fix the mistakes of the builder and did a wonderful job. This was the easiest work I have ever had done on our home from estimate to completion. I can't say enough good things about the young gentlemen named Elliott. This kid was extremely knowledgeable and took his time on the job. Judi the owner who did our estimate was a joy to deal with as well.

We hired Sir Grout due to all the positive reviews we saw. We paid a total of $2,441.25 to color seal our grout as they said it would last for years, make our tile easy to clean up and only need to touched up for a maintenance visit every year and a half or so. It only took a couple months before our grout looked constantly dirty and almost worse than before. They sent out a tech to redo the job assuring us this would fix the issue. Again, just a month or more after this visit the results were the same. At this point we asked multiple times if they could refund our money because their product was not living up to their promises. Our interactions were difficult at best, but finally we were able to get the franchise owners out to our home. We explained to them that we purchased the natural cleaner they recommended from them at the time of service and strictly followed the cleaning instructions. We asked for a refund again and they refused. They stated they had a new product they use in bathrooms that is more durable. He wrote back after this visit stating we used unauthorized chemicals (which was absolutely not the case) and that was the reason they would not refund our money. We vehemently disagreed and reiterated we followed their instructions perfectly. They delayed this correspondence as long as possible (most likely to ensure our year warranty was coming to an end). Yet again, their tech came out and applied the new product. Not even 3 weeks later our tile still looked as terrible as ever. We explained to them that we are a large active duty military and that the $2441.00 was a very large amount of money for us to pay. We went on to explain had we known their product would not hold up, we could have used that money to purchase new floors. Now we are totally out the $2441.25 and still have floors that look dirty no matter how much cleaning is involved. Below are the pictures after the third treatment. What is pictured is also after over 2 hours of cleaning the floors. They will not do the right thing and refund our money. Steer clear of this company and this product. They do not stick to their word and their product does not hold up past a few weeks. Hopefully we can spare someone else this headache.

Sir Grout is Outstanding! First with Judi, the owner, doing the walk through to quote the work to be done. She is so knowledgeable and provided me so much information on how to take care of the tile and grout going forward. The to Monte and Elliott who came to do the work. These young men were fantastic! They were so professional, friendly, hardworking, and careful. They worked so hard all-day cleaning and color sealing the grout. My floors and showers look brand new! Thank You Team!

I contacted Sir Grout via their website to inquire about an estimate and received a call within a day or so to set an appointment for the following Monday. Judi came out to take measurements and see our floors firsthand to give an estimate. She was extremely friendly, knowledge, and had a brochure of color options, as we were looking to color seal our spotty light (and dark depending on where you looked) brown grout. She gave us a detailed explanation of what work would occur and shortly after her visit sent us over an itemized estimate for services. The price was fair and they included incentives, such as warranty on the work and discounts on future services. We scheduled our appointment shortly after and they custom ordered our color sealant, as we went for a darker shade than most do I suppose. On the morning of our appointment the two gentlemen showed up to do the work bright and early and got right to it. They deep cleaned and applied the color sealant a lot quicker than we expected and we were very happy with the results! We did notice a couple spots within a dark closet that didn't take the sealant well that we noticed after they had left, but Judi sent someone back out right away to fix it. They said if anything else pops up to let them know and they're happy to come back out. That's the kind of customer service that I can really appreciate. Very happy with the experience from beginning to end and love our new charcoal grey grout!

Robert and Steve did a fabulously professional and efficient job. They were knowledgeable and informative of the process. This bathroom had never had anything done to it since the late 90s. Now, it looks new, especially the shower. This is definitely something that homeowners should consider when re-doing bathrooms if the tiles are in good condition and the cost of tearing up an entire bathroom is too daunting.

Sir Grout is Outstanding!!! Owner Judi Guttsen is very knowledgeable and professional. She is customer oriented and took the time to explain everything we needed done to our walk in shower, and why. She also explained how to care for it so it will last! Elliot did the work and he was just as professional and did an exceptional job! I would Highly recommended Sir Grout!!!

We were planning on removing all our tile, but I’m so happy we gave Sir Grout a call. Judy came out to do our estimate and she was so nice and explained everything to me. Kenneth came out a couple weeks later and brought our tile back to life. It looks brand new! He did a fantastic job and was so nice and understanding of my 3 year old daughter being so interested in what he was doing. 😆 What a great company with great people, all so nice!

We had Sir Grout recolor the grout in our travertine floors and had our shower re-caulked and are incredibly pleased with the results. Our floors look brand new! Our entire experience with the Sir Grout staff, from meeting with Judi for estimate, to the employees who performed the work, were very nice and respectful. We would definitely highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needed.

What a great team. Judy came to measure and explained the grout cleaning and shower resealing. She was very professional. Marty, Ken, and Monty spent the day with us cleaning the tile, resealing our shower and then helped us to put our house back in order before leaving. These guys were friendly, polite, and explained their process as they worked. Very thankful for this team and service.

During a virtual Duo inspection with Marty it was decided to send his representative to look at the 3 baths, kitchen, breakfast nook etc. The representative arrived on time wearing a mask and at the ready with the project. In the end we went with caulking each bath and color seal on them. The kitchen and breakfast nook was color sealed. I was so impressed with the associates that maintained their professional experience with each room explaining how they work and the final care. The company did return to followup on everything.

I was very impressed with the results of my tile floor clean and color seal completed by Sir Grout in February 2024. Judi explained in detail prior to the service date. The technician was exceptional in his application to detail, as it is a physically challenging process to complete. I have a lot of tile in my house. I bought the product. So far, so good. Had a great conversation with Judi during walkthrough and quote, but my request got lost in translation! I wanted our corner shower re-grouted from the backsplash down, meaning scrape old seems and apply new grout product. We discussed the grout product they use and selected a color, and she shared a lot of details about the color seal product.
The quote stated clean all horizontals and verticals, then in bold called out a few, small sections along the bottom and one vertical crack higher up on one wall, as well as the seems throughout. Only these sections were scraped and regrouted. I misinterpreted the quote. The gal doing the work was wonderful and did a nice job cleaning and filling the small sections. But again, my original request and what we thought we were paying to have addressed so the shower will last for years to come didn’t align. This felt too expensive given the much smaller scope of work, and didn’t fully address our needs so we will be needing to make further grout line repairs in the future.

Sir Grout was top notch from inquiry to finish including customer service, communication and actual work the day of job. The installation crew was extremely professional, kind and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

We had a three day project for large home doing grout color seal and re-doing caulk for several bathrooms. We are so impressed with the team starting with Grace and Judy before hand, then on site Ken, Kai, and Tim lead by Monte- true professionals, very meticulous and hard working crew. My experience began when Judi, the owner came out to give me the estimate. She was kind and did an excellent job explaining the process and cost. It was not a high pressure sales call, you have to buy today to get this deal kind of thing which I appreciated. To be upfront, this is not a "cheap fix" to get your grout done. But it is worth it, especially if you consider what it would cost to replace the floors. Tim and Monte were absolutely the best! There was a little issue with the final cleaning process with the first crew so Tim and Monte came out to re-clean my floors. They moved all the furniture again and carefully buffed, dried, and inspected each section to make sure it was clean. This took hours. (I had about 1500 square feet of tile done!) But, wow, was it worth it! My floors look better than the day I bought the house brand new from the builder! Would highly recommend this company and this crew! I have included some photos, but to be honest, the photos don't even show how amazing my floors really look.

Absolutely loved this service! Sir Grout did an excellent job on all my tile. I had the kitchen and two bathrooms done, including my shower stall. My house is only two years old, and none of my tiled surfaces looked this good new! They did a fantastic job!

Sir Grout reconditioning our tile floors that were pretty sad after 21 years. It’s unbelievable how good they look and how cost effective this has been. I highly recommend this if you’re considering replacing your floors and don’t want to go through the hassle and attendant costs.
