Went for estimate on carpet replacement and laminate flooring staff was exceptional and very knowledgeable

They were very courteous and went to extra lengths not seen these days. Thanks again and looking forward to my next project.

Incredibly kind and generous staff. I can't recommend this place enough! I'll be using them on all of my future carpeting projects.

Great experience. Bill was super helpful. Carpet was awesome and installed very well. Thank you so much!

The sales people have wealth of knowledge that you just can't get from a big box store. Their prices were competitive. Great service! I will be back.

I highly recommend The Carpet Tree. They were very attentive to our needs and very personable. Michael, our installer, was wonderful to work with. Everyone was very professional.

I highly recommend The Carpet Tree. Great customer service. Moe was very professional. Love how the carpet looks.

Oh my gosh... you have to visit their showroom to really appreciate what this firm is all about. From carpet to tile - they do it all and they do it right the first time! "Fuzzy side up" lol... Seriously, Herb Mynatt knows more about flooring than anyone in town... don't be fooled by others "free installation" - there's no such thing (if it is offered you can bet it's buried somewhere else in the price). Amazing place aith amazing people - you can't miss if you hire this firm!

My husband and I used The Carpet Tree to remodel a shower. From the first moment to the last, they were helpful and attentive. We were extremely pleased with the result. We have a gorgeous new tiled shower!

This is the best place to go for all your business, homegoing, and flooring needs! wouldn't use or go to anyone else! the best place in Jacksonville, FL!

My mom and I wanted to replace the DECADES old linoleum covering about half the floors in our house. Oh man, I can't properly describe how gross these floors were, even with cleaning. Just. UGH. Mom went to the Carpet Tree to meet with one of their salespeople, Bill, and I went up later to check out the flooring. They have a FAN-FRIGGIN-TASTIC selection of flooring, along with a large number of their flooring on display installed on their floors so that customers can get a better idea of what the samples look like over a large area. In addition to the selection, their staff is incredibly friendly and NOT PUSHY. They provide advice, set appropriate expectations, and seem to genuinely enjoy interacting with their customers beyond getting their money. They didn't talk down to us, which is SO NICE, since it was 2 women walking in with no man, and that is an annoyingly common occurrence. After Bill came by the house to discuss what would happen if we decided to go with them, mom made the decision to go with them. They only do one project at a time, to ensure that the focus is on one customer since having this done is a massive investment. A few weeks later their contractor team started, and installed the BEAUTIFUL FLOOR after doing... So much work to remove the old lino and bit of old tile in a bathroom. We are ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with the result. The product is WONDERFUL and gorgeous in our home. Bill was also project manager during the installation, came by daily to check on progress, and talked with my mom and I daily on the phone as well. If Bill was unavailable, communication did not stop, and a different employee would call and tell us any project updates as needed. This was a fantastic experience, and I HIIIIIIGHLY recommend them for flooring needs. Wonderful people, wonderful products, wonderful final result. Thank y'all so much!!!

Herb and the Carpet Tree Team did an amazing job getting our carpet installed! We had time challenges and they exceeded our expectations! Thank you carpet tree! We love the results!

The Carpet Tree did an amazing job installing the high end vinyl plank floors in my client's home. I would highly recommend them and will use them again on future jobs.

Herb and Beth are truly the best! I decided to use them based on their great reviews. My needs were complicated as I care for two family members with disabilities. Herb was on top of it. He even drove to my house with samples etc when I could not get to the showroom. Herb really put in a lot of time to help me figure out which products would work for my family at the best possible cost. I will not use anyone else!

If you want personal service, great quality and a wonderful flooring experience then you don't need to look any farther than the Carpet Tree. This is a family owned business that has been serving the Jacksonville market for many years. Bypass the big box stores and go to the Carpet Tree instead. You will be glad that you did!

As a business owner in the home repair - home improvent field we run into plenty of customers with flooring needs. While we pride ourselves in doing a full range of home services, carpeting isn't one. We've used Beth and Herb and their team to fill this gap and have been very pleased with the result. Many customers have a color and look in mind, but carpeting is more complex than that. Grades of carpet, stain protection technology, anti-microbial stuff .... the Carpet Tree team comes in and understand what the customer wants and needs, explains these options in terms they can understand and helps the customer arrive at the best solution for their needs - in the color and style that they desire - and all at a cost effective price.
