I recently purchased Plantation shutters from the carpet tree. Because of the excellent experience in the past of insulation of carpet, vinyl flooring and tile I instantly thought of them for all my flooring and window needs. Beth, Herb, Bill and David were excellent in meeting my needs and getting the job done and completed on time and perfectly. I am a real estate agent and refer them to all my clients because I know they will make me look good.

Moe was super easy to work with and kept us posted throughout the process. Did carpets and LVP. Two different crews and both were excellent. Very pleased.

They did a fantastic job! I have a two story home and thought it would be a nightmare to change carpet however Herb and Beth made it easy by spreading it over a series of days that were convenient to me and my family. Mark and Dwayne showed up and moved all the heavy furniture. They worked as a team and seemed to really care about my furniture.

AMAZING! This company is absolutely amazing. Beth and Herb are such great people and their installers do fantastic work. I'm a people person and I like dealing with folks that I can trust. From the first visit to The Carpet Tree I knew I had the right folks. Beth helped me figure out what type of floors I really wanted, because the fact is most times we don't know what we want. Herb was right there answering all my questions. They're just simply GREAT! Go see them and you'll be happy.

I purchase a condo full of new carpet and pads August 2020. Mike and his team did a great job with the install.

Now 14 months latter I needed to have the carpet stretched and trimmed to take out a few lumps. Again Mike and Darrell came out and in short order had stretched and trimmed the carpet. It again looks great.

I met Beth from Carpet Tree at a networking breakfast last year. She was very nice and made a great impression. I just bought a townhouse that had the original ten year old carpet. I don't know about you, but I can't imagine walking barefoot on someone else's ten year old carpet! Bleckkk! I called Beth at Carpet Tree and she scheduled me for a consultation with Herb. After going over options, we scheduled Bill to come out and take measurements. With those measurements, we scheduled one last consultation to make the final decision. After the decision was made, Herb called back to schedule the installation. The installation was prompt and professional. The padding is just the right balance of softness and firmness. I LOVE walking barefoot on my new carpet no to mention the sound insulation it provides, especially upstairs. Between my new carpet and having the place painted, it's like having a brand new place! If your looking to upgrade your flooring, I would highly recommend The Carpet Tree. They are friendly, professional, experienced, and they stand behind their work.

After looking for carpet at several carpet companies, we decided to travel from St Augustine to the west side of Jacksonville to The Carpet Tree . Herb Mynatt and his staff were the friendliest we had met with so we had them come to our house to measure . From there we chose our carpet and arranged for the install. Moe provides excellent customer service in explaining the different types of carpets. We had our three bedrooms recarpeted in one afternoon. Juan and his wife did an exceptional job in the installation. I would highly recommend Moe and his team for your flooring needs.

Moe and his crew at The Carpet Tree took very good care of us while undertaking a big job at our house. Moe was very patient with us as we navigated deciding whether to go with carpet, tile or LPV. We ultimately choose a very sturdy LPV by Johnson Hardwood and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The floors are beautiful, the installation was smooth and looks great. Chris, the lead on installation, was very responsive and respectful while in our home. I would absolutely recommend this store and will be using them again as we redo our two bathrooms!

We are very disappointed with our flooring. The quarter round did not meet together. Then the transitions lifted. Now a year later the floor is cracking and lifting up in areas. We were told they would need to put more leveler under and new planks for over $2000.00. We believe the installers were highly incompetent and inexperienced.
