This company set me up with the contractor who 3 months before had an f rated Better Business Bureau rating and changed their name to continue to be in business. This contractor has ruined my home and I've been trying to work with contractor connection to rectify the poor workmanship in the actual damage that was caused to my home while they were supposedly fixing it. To no avail. Stay far away from this company. It took me 10 minutes of Google searching to find this information about my contractor. So I highly doubt that they vet their contractors. And if they do it's probably for only for financials.
I've been working with their customer service department since July trying to rectify the issues. I had to to throw the contractor off of the job in November. And have yet to receive any financial compensation for the work and poor workmanship that was done in my home. Go to the BBB website and read the reviews. I am experincing the exact same service, and experiences as the past customers who have had to gone through this poor process. -
