Our a/c went out on a hot weekend in July. EAC came out, battled the wasps who had nested in the blower, devised a sound replacement part when it was needed, and had us cool again by mid-afternoon. For a reasonable fee. We became firm fans.

Gilbert is an excellent technician! He's very patient and is also willing to explain the technical aspects of HVAC system. He not only serviced and maintained the units, he left us more informed about the system operation.

EAC has been servicing my air conditioning/heating for years. They do a good job, keep me on track and if there is something wrong, are quick to respond.

I have called this company five or six times now. I am trying to get an estimate for the removal and replacement of my A/C duct work. I was told I needed to speak to Kenneth. He was on vacation and I was told he would contact me when he returned. I did not hear from him and called the company again. They gave me his cell phone number and said they would leave him another message. I called his cell phone and left a message. I have still never heard from this man. This company was recommended by a contractor who is a personal friend of mine. He said they were his "Go to company." They may be a very good company if you require something other than duct work, but I cannot speak to that.

Service and timeliness are rare commodities these days - but EAC is absolutely on top of their game in providing such service. We had an urgent request and they were here within a few hours! Bravo!

Our AC went out at the office and EAC had someone out here within a couple of hours. A part was needed and they arrived back with it the same day and had us up and running within no time. The office staff is so friendly and willing to please their customers and our technician Nick was prompt and nice to work with. Thank you for rescuing us on this hot day so we did not have to suffer too long!!!

The staff are always very helpful and attentive. We apricate the fact that they seem to value our loyalty as much as we value their service. Businesses caring about customer loyalty seems hard to come by these days. We are happy EAC still does.

I have been a customer for the last 10 years. We have a maintenance contract with EAC. They have maintained our equipment and helped out old units to function as long as possible. They don’t make them like they used too! We have had them install two new units and they have been great so far. My kids and grandkids came to visit and our older unit stopped working. It was in the 90s and we figured it out at 5:30 on Friday. They were on their way by 7:00 and had it working in about an hour. They saved us from a tough night as all our bedrooms are upstairs! I so appreciated their prompt response after hours on a weekend. Thank you! You are amazing. I highly recommend EAC.

Best AC company I’ve ever used. About 5 or 6 years ago my AC went out. I called a different company and they told me I needed a new AC for several thousands of dollars. I called EAC for a second opinion and they let me know it was low on refrigerant. I can’t remember what the other company said was the issue, but it wasn’t low refrigerant. Ever since I’ve always used EAC and they have been great, as well as very honest. On Friday my AC went out, I called around 4 PM and a tech was here in a couple hours. He got the AC fixed with no issues. I plan to use EAC going forward for all my AC needs.

EAC is a Company I have been using for over a year now. All of the Service Techs that have worked on my unit have been wonderful. I have gotten to know the new owners, Nathan and Edmond and the demand excellence.
