Fantastic service as always. Adam was on time, efficient and fixed our issue quickly. All of the techs that have ever come out are very professional and communicative. EAC is a solid company.

Excellent response time!! We contacted EAC as soon as we noticed the unit had stopped working and they gave us a time frame of 3-6pm. The tech arrived within 45 minutes!! Shawn was very friendly and repaired our problem in no time!! Highly recommend!

We struggled with our a/c units all summer at our office and finally decided to upgrade them completely. EAC worked exclusively on our condo during and after our remodel, so we knew their quality of work would be exceptional and that they stand behind their products. Not only did they show up as expected first thing yesterday, but they had plenty of technicians, and everyone was friendly and efficient. We were back up and running with a brand-new system in a matter of hours. They even credited us back $140 worth of refrigerant that was needed to keep us cool until the installation, and we received a complimentary upgrade as the original unit was no longer in stock. We are a local manufacturer and installer and know firsthand the difficulties of having crews on the road, yet they did not disappoint!!

We recently had our maintenance on our A/C and heating systems. Jake was our technician and he was great! He was on time, professional, and very thorough. We are very pleased with EAC and the services they provide. Great company, highly recommend!

These people completely screwed up my kitchen. The quality was horrible. Then they tried to over charge me more than quoted . Mario thinks he's big stuff for having a king ranch truck and is really rude. I ended up getting another contractor to fix it

This business is horrible. They never come out and fix the AC unit whenever you call and they are prone to animal abuse they are fine with letting your animal sit and 90° weather for the variety of the weekend and when you try to call and tell them what is happening they block your number be weary of companies like this don’t care at all whatsoever about you or yours very shameful that these people only care about the money

We contracted Royal Construction this summer to remodel a master bathroom. They were recommended to us by a friend that completed a similar size project. Based on our experience with them we will also certainly recommend them to whomever needs a similar project completed.

We found out quickly what makes this a superior company. Mario takes a hands on approach to not only the physical aspects of the project but also helping with the vision of how the new space could/would look. This was especially helpful to us when a couple of unforeseen issues arose during the rebuild. For instance, at one point we had a ceiling height change that wasn't originally scoped into the project. Mario suggested a simple redesign that turned out great and kept the project on time and on budget.

Royal Construction took a personal interest in keeping our home in order while the demolition and construction were under way. They removed debris as it was created and cleaned up excess materials as each work day closed. Once the construction was complete they did a thorough cleaning of the impacted portions of our home. Bear in mind our project was completed during this summer of Covid uncertainty yet Mario and his group over achieved at keeping the area clean.

We were clearly impressed with not only how professional and skilled this team was but also how they quickly and effectively adapted to issues out of their control - for instance supplier quality problems and carrier delivery issues. At every turn, Mario seemed to quickly come up with an acceptable answer.

We were grateful to have Royal Construction help us through this project.

I am completely satisfied with my painting and repair project with Mario and his Royal Construction Team. From my first contact with the office manager Ana, to my project supervisor Joe, to Alan who did the final punch out work and the rest of the team, They were punctual, professional, pleasant, and highly skilled craftsman. I would not hesitate to hire Mario and Royal Construction for other projects or without reservation to recommend Royal Construction to anyone.

Needed a service call, out of town company and it was hot!! Chris showed up less than 3 hrs later and on time. I needed my thermostat replaced which was done on the spot at an extremely reasonable rate. They also checked the system out completely and informed me I was slightly low on freon, but they could (and did) handle that as well. I will definately be calling them out again next time the A/C is looking for attention!

Kind, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Our AC line was leaking and dripping down the wall. We tried to do the job ourselves. Of course, we bit off more than we could chew. Contacted Mario at Royal Construction once we realized what a large drywall repair this was and they took care of it in two trips to our house! So relived this gif done before Thanksgiving.
